Monthly Rentals in San Terenzo

We spent two days at the property, check in and check out was very easy and flexible, the host was very sweet and also sent us recommendations for restaurants in the area. The apartment is well appointed and quiet. You have a nice view of the courtyard from the bedroom. It should be noted that you have to climb some stairs to the property, so if you have problems with it, it is rather unsuitable.

Great apartment with lots of space with just a 5 minute walk to beaches and restaurants. The building is a bit older, but the apartment inside is updated and very comfortable. The one-way street is the main ingress into San Terenzo so you might hear a bit of traffic, but nothing really to worry about. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each afternoon and watching the locals coming back from work. The area is nice and quiet at night.

House as in the new photo and really beautiful! Located in a strategic point, 3 minutes' walk from the sea, and the private garden is the highlight of the house Valentina and her family were punctual, very welcoming and very nice Full 5-star rating
