We stayed in the chalet in late December and early January Very nice and clean house, great location both for the spectacular view and for the proximity to the slopes We had a great time even with a small dog who ran around in the large garden surrounding the house Jacopo is an available and kind young man. We hope to be back soon.

A great place to set as base. Many restaurants and local shops within walking distance. Felt right at home, has everything you need! Thank you.

Great place for a family retreat !

nice, cozy apartment. Very nice and helpful hostess. Nice and quiet terrace. Many hikes nearby and easy access to the various nature reserves for hiking by bus and cable cars.

We had a great stay with Stephano who was very polite, attentive and helpful. Our focus was cycling and the storage for our bikes was excellent.

The place is wonderfully located, the garden is super nice, huge and completely fenced - our dog felt right at home. Miriam is very kind and accommodating - we are already planning the next visit :).

I have no words to say about the house! The location is very good, the house was cleaned, organised, warm and we felt very comfortable there. The house remains you about the culture of Italy and we were very happy there! Also, the host was very friendly and we definitely want to stay there again if travel to Belluno!

The accommodation met our needs for 10 bikers who rode during the day with a garage for 10 motorcycles. For us, the only difficulty is understanding selective sorting, which is different from France.

The villa was well equipped, the garden was big and despite being in the hill the seating area was well thought through and we used it a lot. There was plenty of parking and the view from the balcony is just something else! Our two dogs loved running around the secure garden! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for piece and quiet, and don't mind walking up the hill 😁

Really great spot - clean, brand new house located walking distance from some great walking / hiking trails.

We had a wonderful stay. We were mixed different families, were skiing during the day, could cook and play relaxed in the evening and play sports. Everything was as stated in the description. We had enough dishes, clean sheets and towels (18€ p.p. extra) and clean bathrooms. We also especially loved the ski boot dryer. Thanks to our hosts - we will be happy to come back :)

This home was perfect for our church group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the ability to lock the door. Kitchen is industrial and well stocked. Great views and backyard.

What a spectacular place. Exactly as described and beautiful views. Ada was a gracious host. Opened up the Enoteca for us to host a private family party. Vittorio Veneto is a beautiful area. Wish we had stayed at Adas more than 3 days. What an experience.

A villa surrounded by greenery, with plenty of space to be in company and, at the same time, to retreat in peace. Bedrooms are spacious and bright. The only sounds you hear are those of the surrounding nature... and once you reach the veranda, you are caressed by the scents of the meadow and its flowers... we will definitely come back to stay a few more days! Perfect place with a ton of nice touches that made my stay nearly perfect. The hotel team is super helpful and friendly.

Were there for a week's vacation with a toddler. Mega property, great pool, great location. Very courteous service from the landlord (asked several times a week if everything was okay, etc.). We were allowed to enter the house earlier than check-in as we drove at night and therefore arrived early. Luca even got us a high chair. Location / garden was very private no open gate / fence or similar. Apartment very clean and everything great, the only unusual thing at the beginning was the bathtub in the bedroom and the missing door to this room. But that didn't bother us any further. Parking was possible on the premises. Shops in close proximity (Aldi, Lidl, etc.) and very close to the bike path to Lake Garda. All in all, a very nice vacation, with a need to repeat. Thank you.

Fabulous place. Had everything we needed for a family holiday. Kids loved the pool. We loved the amazing view. We hired a car so was easy to get down to the lake. Would recommend and love to return . Moritz replied very quickly when we needed information

This place is amazing and beautiful. The pictures to not even come close to the view you will have sitting in your private pool sipping on some of the best prosecco the world offers. The home was amazing for our family of 7–with room to spare. If you get the tower, it is a great idea to use for the parents, or anyone who can use their own private apartment. It is a separate Mother in law suite that is right in front of the pool. The main house is huge with lots of space sleep and eat. We used the entire property from playing bocce ball in the lawn, swimming everyday, making a nice big BBQ with local meats from a butcher right in town. I also recommend doing the Prosecco tasting they offer. It’s an amazing experience with great information and, of course, Prosecco. Lastly BEA is such a sweet and amazing person. Super helpful and is always available to help. She makes the stay that much better. The main word about this place is the VIEW!!!!!!

The apartment is excellent. It’s very spacious and comfortable. All the bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The pool is a good size and bigger than it appears on the online images. The views from the balcony are picture postcard. The area contains a number of small to medium size towns that all have their points of interest, and there are several historical cities 60-90 minutes drive away.

Very nice location in the middle of a forest and fields, impeccable apartment, all new and very clean. Comforts such as water and coffee, kettle, minibar. Absolutely recommended. Thanks for the hospitality
