Composto da un soggiorno con cucina e divano letto, due camere di cui con letto alla francese (140cm) e due bagni. Unico grazie alla possibilità di rendere la seconda camera completamente indipendente, grazie ad un ingresso separato.

Parking and private beach cabins are included. San Vincenzo is a harboured charming village with wonderful sea. Close to vineyards, historical villages such as Bolgheri, Suvereto, Populonia. Minimum stay is 7 days (from Saturday), contact me for exceptions.

Villetta Il Cubo is a five-minute walk to the sea

Detached 2-story villa with garden and parking space, completely renovated in 2021. Located in the shade of the pine forest a short walk from the beach (5 min) and the promenade of Marina di Castagneto where there are shops, restaurants and other public places. The villa consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, and bathroom-laundry on the ground floor; on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, outdoor patio with veranda, and BBQ are available.

My house is located in Livorno, in the characteristic Antignano district, close to the center and a stone's throw from the beautiful coves of the Lungomare, perfect for a dip and sunbathing. Ideal base for discovering the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan art cities. You can enjoy our sea and cuisine based on fresh fish. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk and cookies are offered. The quiet and picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from the Center.

Peggy's House

The house has an internal surface of 100 square meters plus terraces and it is located a few meters from the beach (around 50m). It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.

It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and make wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with travertine masonry shower and a living room with kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer present on the terrace.
