La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base strategica per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk from the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and have wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a travertine masonry shower and a living room with a kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer on the terrace.

Newly renovated apartment, located on the first floor of the oldest building in San Vincenzo, where the stables of the Della Gherardesca family once stood. We took into account the value of the details that emerged during the renovation, arches above the windows and an old arch that once framed the fireplace.
