Renovated 40-square-meter studio apartment with independent entrance, consisting of 1 bedroom and 1 double sofa bed, kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower, and private, illuminated courtyard suitable for dining. 500 meters from the sea and the center. 650 meters from the train station. In the immediate vicinity there are bars, tobacco shops, pizzeria, and a coin-operated laundromat. We accept pets. The pine forest of Rimigliano with the famous dog beach is 4 km away, while the Park of Baratti is 13 km away. Calidario, 9.5 km.

Ideal for smart working. Pets are welcome (12 euros). The garden (which many years ago Decano created with patient care) is large and intimate, suitable for lunches and dinners amidst greenery. Convenient parking and easy access to the sea, which is 100 meters away. We accept small- to medium-sized pets. Sheets, towels, cleaning detergents and washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided. There is a smart TV and Wi-Fi connection, so you can also work remotely. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

The house has an internal surface of 100 square meters plus terraces and it is located a few meters from the beach (around 50m). It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.

San Vincenzo and the surrounding area offer multiple possibilities for recreation, gastronomy, landscape and culture.

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk from the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and have wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a travertine masonry shower and a living room with a kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer on the terrace.
