Located in the shade of the pine forest a short walk from the beach (5 min) and the promenade of Marina di Castagneto where there are shops, restaurants and other public places. The villa consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, and bathroom-laundry on the ground floor; on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, outdoor patio with veranda, and BBQ are available.
