In the City of Plesio, on a natural terrace above Lake Como at about 600 meters high, nice apartment on the ground floor of a detached house surrounded by a large garden with a lake view. The first floor is occupied by me, my husband and our three children ten, seven, and six years. The apartment is in a quiet and sunny location with a private entrance from the garden. It 's very welcoming and a living room with fireplace, two sofas and a double sofa bed, kitchen with stove with 4 burners and oven, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and direct access to the garden, a bathroom with shower and one with a bath tub. The garden is equipped with table, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue, children's playground and large pool. The garden and pool are shared with my family. There are also Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, cot and pram for small children. The bed linen and towels are included. Parking spaces are in the adjacent public car park. Bellinzona-sud highway exit is a 5-minute drive away, and the train station is a 25-minute walk away. Great for hiking and biking.
