The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

Unsere neu renovierte Ferienwohnung hat mit der komplett ausgestatteten gemütlichen Küche und ihren zwei Zimmern alles zum Wohlfühlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Freibad ist gleich in der Nähe. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 3 km bis zum Goitzsche-Wald, mit dem Auto 15 Minuten bis zum freien Parkplatz am Goitzsche-See.

Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Gemeinde Muldestausee im Ortsteil Gröbern. Gröbern ist ein kleiner Ort mit 800 Einwohnern. In 10 Fussminuten erreicht ihr den Gröberner See, welcher zum Baden und erholen einlädt. Dort könnt ihr im Waldressort Fahrräder, Sub s, Boote und Flosse gegen Gebühr ausleihen. Mit dem Rad kann man die komplette Umgebung erkunden vom Wörlitzer Gartenreich bis zur Goitzsche. Bis Leipzig und Halle ist auch nicht weit. Das neue Outletcenter FOC erreicht ihr in 25 min.

Im Hof unseres Jugendstil Stadthauses haben wir für euch diese kleine Unterkunft vorbereitet. Durch die große Toreinfahrt des Haupthauses gelangt ihr zu dem nur von euch genutzten Hof mit Häuschen. Dort steht euch auch ein sehr kleines Badezimmer und eine kleine Kochgelegenheit mit Kühlschrank zur Verfügung. Die Terrasse kann im Sommer zum Beispiel zum Frühstücken in der Sonne genutzt werden.
