Bungalow holiday rentals in Sandestin, Miramar Beach

We stayed for 3.5 months during the winter months. We had everything that we needed in this home. We stayed warm and cozy since it snowed in Destin! Our dog had plenty of room outside. We enjoyed the front screened porch on sunny days. We didn't rent a car so we walked. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance and the beach was about a block away. When we didn't walk, we took the EC shuttle bus. Molly and Steve were always available if we needed anything and were great hosts! It was easy to use Uber for grocery and food delivery. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.

We loved this Bungalo so much! It had great amenities and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back next summer.

The place was very nice and clean. The golf cart was great for getting around the area, to the beach, and to the Baytowne Wharf. One golf cart needed service while we were there, so Brandi (the property manager) gave us access to the second golf cart for the remainder of the time we were there along with the original golf cart once it was serviced. Brandi was also very responsive when we had any other questions.

The short walk to the private beach was perfect! Great location and the house is very cute.

Excellent vacation spot! Everything was wonderful! My husband and I vacationed with our three children (ages 14, 9 & 6) and this place was perfect! The community was nice and quiet along with being very well maintained. The house is just as pictured and was very clean. You can literally stay here and never get back in your vehicle if you desire. The grocery, beach, arcade, shops, ice cream parlor, games for the kids, etc. are all within a very short distance. There’s nice shady places to take walks and the pool is right across the road from the house. The beach is a little golf cart ride away but there is a driving path just for the golf carts so that you do not have to go out on the main road, which made it super convenient. We would definitely recommend the less-crowded of the two beach access points. We would highly recommend this house along with it’s hosts. They were very responsive to messages and provided clear instructions along with a list of recommendations!

Great place for large families and groups. The location is good, and not far (~15 min drive) from local attractions/grocery stores. Jeff was a great host. He was very responsive and accommodating. He even went as far as purchasing and delivering a brand new grill for us to use whenever the old one was out of order. The listing is missing information and photos about an outdoor patio and shallow pool that looks brand new, so this was a pleasant surprise for us when we arrived. A few other notable amenities include a ton of beach towels and a wagon filled with a couple of beach chairs, which can be found in the laundry/utility closet. Parking is substantial, with enough space to fit 6 cars and a golf cart (highly recommend renting one). Overall, this was a great stay, and we will be looking to stay here again in the future. Loved it! Everything was clean and as described. Quick walk to beach and house was decorated really cute! If we come back to Panama City would definitely stay here again. Hosts were prompt with responses.

Adorable, well kept home in such a beautiful resort! Tashara could not have been more helpful, responsive and prepared for our arrival-making our stay relaxing and easy. Provided with lots of great information on the home itself, resort area and surrounding community giving us lots of direction for our stay. Thank you again!

The Hemingway was a great selection. Loved the privacy and the simplicity of a great option for a place to be local to the beach and shopping for my wife’s birthday . Would definitely consider staying here again!

Smartly decorated a very nice private fenced backyard. A little bit of a walk to the beach but in this part of PCB there's plenty of street parking right next to the beach so we just drove.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! Anita was responsive and very nice. This condo was incredible and the pictures don’t do it justice. It is beautiful! The gold cart was such a nice vehicle to be able to use. We will definitely return. We had the best week!

We had a great stay with Lauren. It was a quick one, and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. It was very cozy and comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again. Lauren was great!

Second stay here and it’s become a favorite place for a low-key beach getaway. Perfect place for one or two people; the place is comfortable and conveniently located — walking distance to the beach, shopping and dining. Bonus amenities include access to main home’s beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, etc. also great outdoor patio and fireplace areas make it a great indoor and outdoor experience. Will
