Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Sandestin, Miramar Beach

This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

Jerry and his wife were wonderful hosts. Probably some of the best hosts we have had. We were able to check in early (1pm!!) which was so helpful with a toddler and infant for nap time. We didn’t have the best weather, but it didn’t matter - the porch was GREAT to sit out on and not get rained on. This house is VERY walkable. We walked to the beach multiple times - it’s very close and a safe walk. The neighbors are very friendly and kind. They even let our toddler play with their outdoor toys when they weren’t in use. Very family friendly (kids playing soccer outside, etc). We had no issues with noise at night - it was very peaceful. Finally, the hosts were very responsive - we unfortunately had a medical emergency and they both answered on the first ring. They were very supportive and compassionate in helping us get the care we needed. Would visit again! Thanks again! Our group of 7 had a great stay! The location really cannot be beat and is the best part! Super easy walk to the beach and the provided chairs and umbrellas are perfect! Located between Alys and Rosemary, quick walk to shops and restaurants, and great to ride bikes to Seaside. Ryan was so easy to communicate with and made the entire trip so easy and simple.

Tony was awesome and the place was exactly as described! Would 100% stay here again. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable with plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows etc. The location was great and you can easily walk to one of the many pools. There’s a shopping center super close by. It was great house for our big family trip.

This was our first family vacation that all of our children were able to go on in a past few years. The house and location were wonderful. I was hesitant cause we normally stay in a different area while in Destin. But this house was perfect for all of us. Close to anything and everything you could want. But yet the peacefulness that we all wanted. The pool and fenced in back yard were perfect for all of us and our 2 small dogs. Definitely was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ vacation for all of us.

The house is beautiful. A great place for 5-8 couples. You’ll need to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels as well laundry and dishwasher pods but knowing that you’re ahead of the game. There is no house surround sound like the photos show so bring speakers. Make sure the pool and spa heater work right when you get there. The golf cart is awesome and gets you to the beach. The beds were comfy! We loved it and would rent again for sure!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I loved how close the neighborhood pool was to the house and I had plenty of room for my family of 9. The accommodations were perfect and the ice machine was a nice small touch! Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved the condo! We spent a week enjoying every moment of the view! The pool was great and the beach being right there was fantastic! We hated to see the week come to an end! We will definitely visit again!

Pete and Chris’s condo was absolutely perfect! The place was immaculately clean, furnished and decorated beautifully, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was so ideal - direct access to the beach right across the street. It was the perfect location, about a mile and a half from downtown Seaside, and also an easy drive to the shopping in Rosemary Beach. Pete was amazing with communication- he was personable, accommodating, and very sweet, checking in on my stay periodically and always responding quickly and efficiently. I was really impressed overall, and can’t wait to stay here again!

We enjoyed our family vacation here and would recommend to everyone! The location was on point close to all the needs including shopping malls and all. Super close to the beach as well and the private beach area was a super plus! The back yard was to die for and we spent many hours enjoying the pool , grill , and fire pit! Parking was plenty for three cars. We had a family of ten and there was plenty of space! Everything we needed for cooking was present in the home! Any questions I had Brian was a quick response away. Will definitely be staying here in the future trips when we have a smaller group. If only Brian had a place for 20 people we would definitely rent from him! The whole area was beautiful and very family oriented! We loved it can’t say that enough ! The beach is mine and my family’s happy place and home away from home. U definitely felt at home here! ❤️❤️

We stayed here for my wifes 40th birthday and couldnt be happier! It was perfect for her and I to get away and relax. We made no one but TWO steak dinners instead of going out and had everything we needed to do so. Plenty of ice when we got there! Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a week in June, very nice location, close to everything, shops, restaurants and grocery store. Beach was only a couple of minutes walk, beach chairs, towels, umbrella and a wagon to carry everything was very handy, we only used the wagon one day just because we didn’t need to take so many things to the beach. House was perfect, clean and great amenities. Host was super helpful and friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely return!

The unit matched what the listing displayed. This unit was private, backs up to a pond with lighted fountains, and has secured entrance for both the unit and the community. It was less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and great restaurants. Responsive host as well. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again soon.

Second time staying at Wendy’s and it was just as wonderful as I remembered it!

The perfect getaway. My wife, daughter, 2 pups, and myself couldn’t have asked for a better first time vacation as a family of 5. The place had everything we needed + more. We look forward to booking again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sand Dollar! The location cannot be beat--right on the ocean and within walking distance to a lot of things. The chair and umbrella service included makes things super convenient. I recommend this!!

This was our 3rd time staying with Gulf Style Rentals, and each time we have been blown away by the experience and customer service. The communication is fast and friendly, the properties are so clean and well stocked with high quality, great smelling linens, beach gear, and lots of little extras. Our stay at the Sandy Pearl exceeded our expectations as the pictures do not do the property justice! The home is large with tall ceilings and high quality furnishings. The beach views are incredible, the beach is just steps away, and we enjoyed the heated pool. We loved the quiet neighborhood and private/uncrowded beach. We are already planning our next visit!

Such a safe and walkable location. We were able use the gym, walk to restaurants, and easily carry chairs on our walk to the beach (which isn’t 100% necessary as there’s chairs for rent on the beach). The kitchen had everything we needed + more. Pool was wonderful and beds slept beautifully! I can’t find anything negative to say about this location - Dawn was a gem to work with.

Very amazing place to stay at! The bathrooms and furniture were clean, the TVs and internet worked smoothly, and the kitchen had a lot of pots and pans to use. Not just that, but there were snacks, toiletries, and board games available for us - which definitely upped the hospitality for us. Overall, this was a fantastic stay that helped make our first trip to Destin very memorable. I would recommend this Airbnb and would definitely love to come back!

The house was very nice and clean! It’s huge and well furnished. The kitchen comes equipped with plenty of dishes, silverware, really anything you would need to make meals there! There are several beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage which we did not see in the listing. It was nice to have the golf cart to pack everything to the beach. The cart did get a flat tire since there is construction in the neighborhood and they came right out when we called. The construction is not around this house so no issue with noise. We had a really nice vacation. We’ve never stayed any place with our own pool because we tend to stay at the beach, but it was really nice to be able to come back in the afternoon and enjoy it. We would recommend this place for sure!

Beautiful water view and the perfect amount of space for my husband and me for the week. We loved having nightly drinks on the deck overlooking the bay.
