The house is in the village of Sandgate which has a good selection of pubs, restaurants and convenience shops. Parking is available right outside, good bus connections to both Hythe and Folkestone.

Peter and Alexandra’s place is amazing! Beautiful bathrooms and kitchen, very well and tastefully renovated. Great living room and balcony with view of the ocean. Very relaxing. Felt at home immediately - didn’t want to leave! Lovely gesture to have provided a bottle of wine 🤩. Highly recommend

Excellent stay in Dean’s absolutely fabulous flat. Communication with Dean was perfect, he made sure we were excellently accomodated, even provided us with pub recommendations and a brand new fan for our room. Room was equipped with a very comfortable bed and a huge TV. We had our private bathroom and like everything else in the flat it was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed. Had a nice chat with Dean and felt very welcome and at home. Highly recommended! Thank you, Dean, and best wishes!

We had an amazing stay at this place! The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a perfect location, a short drive to the harbor. Check-in was smooth, and Ndobe was super responsive and helpful throughout my stay. He was flexible with our checkout time, which was a big help. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This cottage lived up to our expectations and more. great location, we have an estate car and parked on the main road for free in front of our balcony. We did not try to drive up and off load at the back of the cottage as suggested. We just carried our luggage up the steps through the front door. The cottage is well kitted out, eveything you need, plus the milk, bread and coffee was a lovely surprise. Just don't try and put the Chrome frying pan on the Induction hob, it just won't work. And I have an induction hob at home, just assumed the pan was there so it would work!!! Silly me.. We absolutley loved this place and I congratulate the Hosts on offerring such a lovely, comfortable Air BnB. I really hope one day we can return. Pam

Mark’s apartment at the Shoreline in Folkestone is outstanding. From the first message, his communication was clear, quick, and helpful, making the whole experience feel easy and well looked after. The apartment is beautifully designed and very well-equipped. Everything feels high-quality, from kitchen appliances and utensils to furniture, bedding, and lighting. Every detail feels carefully considered. The space is calm, clean, and luxurious without being overdone. I appreciated the thoughtful touches—Diptyque products, a well-stocked kitchen, and a layout that just works. Real care has gone into making the place feel right. The view is fantastic, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. You're close to great restaurants, coffee spots, and the sea, all within a short walk. The building is modern, quiet, and has everything you need nearby. This stay was exactly what we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
