Cosy, comfortable & bright house with great sea views. Nestled away in the quiet area of upper Seabrook, yet only a few minutes walk to the beach. Newly decorated with contemporary, stylish furnishings offering you all your home from home comforts. Situated on a quiet residential road, opposite the old tram line. 5 minutes walk from Folkestone's Harbour and sandy Sunny Sands beach and less than a 10 minute walk to the Creative Quarter, charming cobbled Old High Street and all that Folkestone has to offer. Ideally placed to explore the many local coastal paths and various Kent attractions such as Port Lympne zoo too.

Seagull cottage is a former Victorian coastguard cottage The cottage has been recently renovated and now boasts a stunning interior decorated simply and beautifully. However it is not the interior that is the major boast. The cottage has the beach for its back garden. Stunning views across the English Channel. Sandgate is a sought after location and there are a number of coffee shops and restaurants within minutes of the front door. Ideal for a relaxing or very active stay- your choice!

The Lodge-Modern House & garden 10 mins to beach

The 2 floor guesthouse is a modern extension (built 2019) to a separate main house (built 1852). The grd floor has 2 bedrooms along with a bathroom/wc. The 1st floor is an open plan kitchen/dining/living room, with high ceilings & opens up onto the garden & decking area equipped with a hot tub/jacuzzi and a BBQ. The 3rd bedroom is a compact loft room with 2 single beds (accessed via ladder so not suitable for young children). This is not an airbnb for parties or loud gatherings.

Our home and Annexe is situated just off the main road in the village of Lydden where we are surrounded by a National Nature Reserve and have access to beautiful walks on the chalk downlands and the Whitecliffs of Dover Coastal Walk is also close by. The village of Lydden has good transport links being adjacent to the A2 connecting Dover to London and within the easy reach the High Speed rail route to London St Pancras, Dover ferry port and the Eurotunnel.

This charming little cottage is the perfect break away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. With sea views and in a tranquil setting with a short walk to the high street with plenty of historic features in the local area. There is a single bed which must be requested upon booking (extra £10 per night). I am afraid we do not accept pets or children under 10 years old.

Blind Cottage is a renovated, open plan, self contained annexe. It is wonderfully light, benefiting from large windows and French doors throughout. Relax in the wonderful roll top bath, curl up in the conservatory or enjoy a coffee on the patio which overlooks our wood. The perfect stepping stone to explore the Garden of England.
