A fantastic accommodation right on the sandy beach of the beautiful fishing village, Brantevik. If harmony and tranquility are to be placed in one place, it is here. Here, fantastic walking and cycling trails await right at your doorstep. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that turns into the beautiful "Grönet" that offers both lovely swimming by cliffs or calm, peaceful walks along the sea. If you go north, a lovely walking and cycling path awaits you to the picturesque Simrishamn.

Within walking distance is the vast beautiful beach that stretches from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025, we have 4 new nice bicycles in the cottage that can be used by guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in Helge Å, among other places. The military facility Ravlunda shooting range is a bit away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no activity. In other periods, sounds and bangs from shooting exercises can be heard.

It is popular to jwalk on the shore of the several km long beach and finish with a dip before breakfast.Restaurants from organic/vegetarian to 2 star Michelin within 10 min by car. You will instantly enjoy the comfortable living overlooking the beautiful lake Ringsjön. Our guesthouse is perfect as a holiday basecamp or perhaps as an overnight stay on your travels. We speak Swedish, English, Dutch as well as German fluently and are experienced travellers ourselves. Please beware that the house is a 1-room studio apartment. Welcome!

We offer a modern loft-like summer stay overviewing the sea within walking distance from the beach. The house consists of three rooms, one master bedroom with windows from floor to roof towards the fields, an additional bedroom with two single beds, and a living area with kitchen and lounge, also with windows covering the wall towards the garden. Outside there is a lawn, with barbecue and furniture for outdoor living, plus an outdoor shower.
