Sue’s home is in a quiet area close to a main road. It’s about a mile from the town centre and a pleasant walk. The house is in good order. My room was cosy. Suited me perfectly. Sue is friendly and very helpful. We got on well. Highly recommended.

Great stay at Tricia’s place. Room was clean and tidy, spacious and ample storage. Desk and chair was a bonus too. Bed was very comfortable. A very homely feel to the house and a super host. Highly recommend.

Very close to my office friendly host decent room and having breakfast in the price was great so overall I was delighted to stay there and hope to return soon.

STUNNING! We stay at various locations and lots of Air B n Bs throughout the UK for work however I have to say this gorgeous home trumps them all. It is quaint, cosy and so so homely. We stayed at Sinead's place for a week whilst we were working locally and totally fell in love with the house. Sinead has clearly gone to a lot of time to add those finishing little touches that takes it to the next level in terms of attention to detail and homeliness. The house had some beautiful features for a house of that age and it has so much character and charm. We felt safe, secure and right at home throughout the week stay. From the welcome hamper in the kitchen, to the box of travel essentials in the bathroom it was just fabulous. Sinead communicated fantastically throughout and we felt really looked after, she is a great host and we would certainly recommend staying here to anyone. 5 stars and more!!!

Very comfortable apartment in a great location on a canal. Close to Brindleyplace, museums, art galleries and the Jewellery Quarter. Lovely to walk along the canals. Happy to recommend this apartment.

Really lovely little space to stay in for a week. Nicholas was really helpful when I struggled to find the bins and gave Really clear instructions on everything needed to be done for check in and check out.

This is my second time staying here. I just absolutely love the area. It’s just gorgeous the best part of Birmingham, to be honest five minute walk to Waitrose Starbucks some really gorgeous English pubs round here. Apartment has everything what I need with free parking nice big kitchen with an air fryer which is just brilliant. Highly recommended if you want to stay in Birmingham. The host Stelios so friendly gets back to you in five minutes communication is on point very good host. X

The Lofthouse was perfect for two - plenty of space for a short-medium term stay, well equipped and beautifully furnished. I loved having breakfast on the sunny balcony (sunny for most of the day with beautiful countryside views), and the toiletries provided smelled amazing. We also appreciated the fresh milk, soft drinks and laundry/dishwasher tablets in our welcome pack. We are hoping to return regularly when we visit family based nearby.

Stuart's apartments is close to the Hospital and Harborne high Street. The property was in great condition and I received very clear instructions for check in and check out. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The place was easy to find and had free on-site parking which was a huge bonus! It’s super close to the motorway which is handy for travelling (but you hear no noise from it!) and there’s also a large retail park close by. The apartment itself is so clean and spacious enough too. The bathroom came stocked with toiletries like shower gel and shampoo should you need it and was really clean. The bed was comfy and there was an open rack wardrobe in the room which was handy for our clothing as it needed hanging. The kitchen was equipped with utensils and dishes and there were cleaning products available too. The sofa was comfortable and turned into a sofabed however we didn’t need to use this feature but would be great for more guests. Living room also has some board games and books, and the tv is a smart tv. Full length mirror in the bedroom which is handy for when getting dressed. Overall a great apartment just outside of Birmingham and I’d definitely stay again!

Easy to find and access once getting off the motorway. Walking distance to the tram station. The apartment itself had all that we needed. Very responsive host and was happy to accommodate a 1-hour earlier check-in for us!

A great place to stay to explore Upton and the surrounding areas. Apartment is great in a central location right in town, easy walk to anywhere in Upton. Carola and Rick were great hosts, good clear instructions and helpful information. Apartment was spotless (thank you to their housekeeper Emma), and would highly recommended both the Regency Apartment and Carola and Rick as hosts.

It was a great place, very responsive hosts, home away from home as the apartment was very clean, security was top notch also, host was friendly and always ready to help out with any concern. Thank you, Jay. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Perfect for what we needed. Spotlessly clean, lovely and quiet and was very easy to find. Esther and John were perfect hosts, and finding there was tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk available, along with a selection of biscuits on arrival was a lovely gesture. I would definitely recommend staying at the Summerhouse and will certainly be looking to book there again when we are back that way 😀

Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

Lovely place and lovely people. Park opposite definitely worth a visit
