Occupies an internal block with on-site off-street car parking. This re-built cottage was featured on Grand Designs Australia and can be viewed on their web page as the 'Battery Point Glass House'. A short stroll to Hobart & the North Hobart Strip with 70 eateries. Rose Cottage is a sunny modern townhouse + discreet garden + level access. Great coffee around with the fab Smolt Kitchen 50 metres away. Hobart City a stroll away. Bus outside/ or driveway/ or driver may be avail. Amazing views nearby from Hobart's Knocklofty Park.
