Had a wonderful stay as a local getaway for the long weekend. Beautiful location, overlooking the beach, peaceful gardens to relax and comfortable. Gaye was friendly and accommodating to flexible check out which was a plus! I'll definitely be back next time I need a place to retreat to.

This was a perfect stay for the four of us. It was a private location but close enough by car to go into Hobart. The breakfast amenities were very nice and the board games were fun too! Overall, it was a lovely stay.

Natasha’s studio was beautiful, clean and surrounded by a gorgeous garden. The location is on a quiet street just across the road from the beach and walking paths/tracks. It’s exactly as described and I found it easy to walk to bus stops to get to Hobart CBD. I found Natasha to be an excellent host, prior to my stay she generously accommodated my needs of washing detergent, drying rack and towels to be able to wash my sporting kit on a daily basis as the studio doesn’t include a washing machine. I found her studio very warm and welcoming and had all amenities needed, including more than the basic condiments. She was an excellent communicator prior, during and upon departure, she advised me in advance of any interruptions during my stay (council workers needed access to backyard one morning). Natasha even allowed me to leave my suitcase at the apartment after checkout while I played my last game of sport before departure. Thank you for making my stay so wonderful!

Larrie’s place is beautiful and we had our best time. The place is clean and peaceful as described. Larrie and Cathy are great host and will guide you if you need recommendations. The place has lot to offer. Check out the lagoon at the front. Everything is around 15-20min drive and you have plenty of options for food delivery till late night. You will find a few harmless native animals if you are lucky. We saw Rabbits and even a Pademelon. If the sky is clear, remember to look up in the night. You will be amazed! We will surely be back soon. Thank you.

This is the 2nd time we’ve been in their joint and it’s really the best place so far if you’re after nature and the like. It’s so peaceful and quiet as well. Their joint is 10 minutes or less from the CBD. We notified them on the day of our check in that we’ll be arriving early in the evening and to our surprise when we got there, the heater was already turned on. It was already warm inside. And Chris called in to check on us if we got everything we need and the like. I didn’t get the chance to see him during our previous stay due to a sudden commitment that ended coming back late. He’s a very nice bloke. Again, we have plans of coming back to Tassie probably by end of the year or early next year and will definitely avail their cozy and beautiful home. 😊

Very spacious and comfortable home. After spending long days exploring national parks, it was a great space to rest. Anne and her husband were very kind and helpful during my stay. The home is well located between the SE parks, Hobart and the HBA airport.

Beautiful old world cottage in centre of historic Richmond near cafes & easy walking tours. Modernised bathroom, everything sparkling clean. Thoughtful host supplied breakfast. A peaceful garden to relax in, highly recommended.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was great. The location next to the river was beautiful. The cottage contained everything we could wish for and was very comfortable.

It was a lovely stay at this beautiful house with a breathtaking view! Place was clean and tidy and had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. It had a beautiful garden and you will be surprised with kangaroos visiting right in-front of the house. Had a wonderful stay at this cozy, home-like Airbnb! The place was spotless, with a beautiful bathroom that felt like a little retreat. Despite the rainy, foggy weather, it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The host - Michael was absolutely lovely,super friendly and even came out in the rain to greet us upon arrival, which made us feel so welcomed. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful place to stay. Not only close to Hobart, but so peaceful!!! The house was perfect for 4. Wenqi was kind and very friendly… the pets, nature and animals around made everything better!

Pam is an amazing host who constantly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at home. She is always up for a chat and has some great recommendations to help you get the most out of your visit. Coco is delightful herself and I can't recommend Pam's place enough to anyone visiting Hobart. The unit in itself is spacious, peaceful and private with a great view of the mountains and the lake. My second stay at Corinna,s place, equally as good as the first. A very comfortable , well appointed 1 bedroomed unit. Safe, secure, and well equiped. I like the location which is high in the hills above Hobart but only a 5 minute drive to town. Corinna is a very well experienced host and goes the extra mile to take care of her guests. Highly recommended. I hope to visit again next year and stay here again.

Stayed here for a few days on short notice. The unit was very clean and tidy. The check-in process was simple and flawless.

Lauren's space is extremely clean, tidy and centrally located to many local spots. She is very responsive and has a few extra surprises for her guests upon arrival.

Perfect as always, I’m a return customer. The space is charming, warm and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the host provides little extras which make the stay more enjoyable. The location is about as perfect as you could get for access to shops etc.

Good hospitality , Joe is friendly and attentive to your needs , going the extra mile to provide the extra service . The place has its own entrance if you use the side stair going to the unit , you just come and go without disturbing anyone .The steep driveway is not a problem at all as there’s much plenty space to park in or reversing out . There’s also parking space on the main street. You have your own privacy during your stay .There’s a small outdoor where you can enjoy a cuppa or wine . Overall it was a good stay .

We stayed at Neil & Vonnie's place away from the main roads and up on the hill, but an easy drive from Hobart City. It was cosy but had everything we needed with nice little touches that included pantry and kitchen basics as well as bathroom toiletries. The fit out was fairly new and modern with all kitchen and bathroom and laundry amenities in good working order. Vonnie welcomed us on arrival and gave a comprehensive explanation of the ins and outs of the property. There was a nice big back yard with native wildlife visitors every now and then. Highly recommended, would stay there again.

Patricia was so friendly and welcoming, it’s rare to be greeted and shown around by an Airbnb host nowadays and it was lovely. The apartment is spotless and beautifully furnished and laid out, it is nice and spacious. The kitchen is well kitted out with an induction hob and air fryer. The bathroom was great with a strong, hot shower. It was a 45 minute walk to Salamanca place but shorter to the CBD, but given there’s almost no free parking in the city (for more than a few hours) it’s a great location to be in. You also walk through north Hobart where there are lots of great places to eat. Would definitely recommend staying!

we had such a lovely couple of nights at leanna + steve’s place. it’s restoration has been a true labour of love. steak for dinner at the bush inn next door was outstanding + an easy to navigate 6km loop run along the river was also a highlight. charming place + town : thank you too for the breakfast provision, a lovely personal touch!
