Guests have a private entrance, a secure parking space and a delightful well tended garden, ideal for morning coffee. Welcome breakfast hamper on arrival, towels, linen, fresh coffee, tea and biscuits. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini-oven and grill, fridge freezer, toaster, cutlery, china, tea towels, teapot, glasses, fast wifi. The bathroom has underfloor heating and rain shower...lovely.

You need your own towels Our caravan is refurbished, equipped for a family break @ the award winning Haven Devon Cliffs holiday park. Too small for more than 4 adults, perfect for families. Great for exploring the area too, with a private beach + many kid facilities Prices have risen as my cleaning costs have increased to inc laundry. I also need to cover increased site fees/my van is one of the most expensive pitches.

Our flat is perfect for visiting East Devon. It’s located on a quiet road close to the South West Coast Path, golf course and walking distance to Budleigh Salterton. Modern and spacious it has a bedroom and en-suite downstairs. The open plan kitchen/living area is upstairs. It has fibre broadband, with Disney+The kitchen is well-equipped. It has plenty of room for parking. The entire space is for the sole use of guests. We live next door, happy to help with any advice on the local area.

'Western Way' is a beautiful , 1 bedroom apartment. Just 2 minutes walk to the sandy beach of Exmouth and the start of the world famous Jurassic Coast Path. Parking, sea views and a small courtyard. It has a well equipped kitchen and washing machine. The town centre is a mile away with plenty of shops and restaurants and Exmouth offers a wide variety of activities, such as kitesurfing, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding , hikings, mountain biking and rowing, endless hours of fun.

We had a very relaxing weekend, the weather wasn't the best but it was lovely to see the sea from the comfort of accommodation while it poured down. The only downside for us was it was all uphill to the eateries, (we are in our 70s) we made good use of delivery app. A good base to expore this area. All good we would certainly come again.

Really welcoming and convenient to get to all that was needed. The back garden is lovely long and enclosed ideal for my little dog to play and rest in. Alex was welcoming and responsive she even left some goodies ready for our arrival including doggy goodies. Had a great mini stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Buddleigh Salterton. Check in was easy and Jan met us and showed us the apartment and left us a cream tea which was much appreciated. The apartment was spacious clean and well appointed. Jan gave us some recommendations of where to eat and where to go which was helpful. The apartment was really close to the coastal path and an easy walk in to Buddleigh Salterton and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back another time.

I had a very enjoyable solo three day stay in tranquil surroundings. The studio contains all one wants for comfortable living. There is clearly much to do in the area, though in the main I was content to enjoy meals on the terrace and relax in the peace and quiet. Heleen is a gracious and thoughtful host. I would recommend the studio to anyone wishing to have a quiet, comfortable break on the South Coast.
