Located just blocks off the water, our 1920s era cottage is nestled within the historic Lakeside neighborhood of Muskegon. A quick walk to grab ice cream, and just a bit further to restaurants, bars, and shopping. Best of all, the beach is just a five minute drive away.

The cottage is nestled only 25 minutes away from towns on the coast of Lake Michigan. They have boutiques, restaurants, farmers markets, and seasonal festivals to enjoy. Kitchen w/everything for cooking, laundry, full bath, 2 bedrooms each w/ queen bed, Wi-Fi, deck, gas fire pit (May-Oct), short walk for groceries & restaurants. Dog friendly. Guests have FREE & exclusive use of 22' pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & 70' private dock from May through October. Pet friendly, double-lot property w/large yard & expansive views of Lake Wabasis in front; and a private pond out back. Lake Wabasis is about 2 miles long (Kent County's biggest) w/418 acres of primarily undeveloped, protected wetlands. And excellent fishing all year long.

Our charming bungalow is located walking distance from downtown Muskegon and Muskegon Lake. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood setting while being close to all of the action that downtown has to offer. Breweries, restaurants, shopping, and the farmers market all await. If downtown isn’t your scene, the bungalow is a quick drive to Pere Marquette beach on the shores of Lake Michigan. Large, uncrowded stretches of sandy beach are the perfect place for a relaxing day in the sun.

Nestled in a quiet cove on a large lake, this waterfront cottage has 66' of shoreline with private beach; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and a stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon, 2 kayaks and paddle boat plus private dock from early May through late October (weather permitting),

You can go to the beach, shop, hike nature preserves, or just relax at home in the cottage. For shopping & dining, picturesque downtown Holland is just a 4.8 mile drive.

Turning to the right you can see Hopcat, the new movie theater, and several other brand new shops, breweries, and restaurants all within a few steps. Extra cleaning procedures with antibacterial cleaning products have been added due to COVID-19.
