House holiday rentals in Sandy

This was a great place to stay for our larger group and could see this being great for two families. That has two kitchens and plenty of space for people to spend time separately or altogether. It’s also very close to anything you need, but a great neighborhood to walk around at the same time. The rooms and whole house were clean and well decorated. The only small complaint we had was that the pool and hot tub weren’t clean upon arrival, but the host was quick to respond and had it cleaned up that day. We were in between locations so that day was our planned “pool day” and it put a small twist on our plans with kids - but ended up working out by the afternoon. I would definitely recommend this location and would come back if we are in the area again! Overall, we loved the house and would definitely come back if we were in the area again!

Enjoyed the stay. The neighborhood is quiet with great walking areas throughout. The house has all the amenities you would need along with beautiful views of the city and mountains. Terry is very responsive with any questions or concerns you may have. I would stay there again.

Megan’s place was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. House very clean, comfortable beds with nice sheets. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was alot of fun! We would stay again!

Stayed for a month and had a great time. Place was always a welcome retreat after hitting the slopes, whether that was enjoying the pool, game room, or hanging around the living area. Tim and Angie were responsive and helpful!

Great stay. The townhome had enough room to comfortably fit my family. The location is great, 30 minutes or so to Salt Lake City. Pretty much located near everything in the valley. I’d highly recommend!

We were in Utah for my daughters wedding. The house was very clean and the outside well maintained. We really enjoyed the backyard after traveling from New Jersey. We appreciated the hospitality!!!

We were coming to Lehi for a wedding. Family from WA and OH. After long travel days, this place was cozy and in a beautiful neighborhood! We had plenty of space. The pool was in walking distance. Pickleball courts and playgrounds were also in walking distance! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! Very spacious and bright apartment (altough it is on the basement). Really modern and stylish interior design where we felt comfy from the first second. We did not miss anything and it was super clean all over! Beautiful and quiet neighborhood and great located for activities around Salt Lake City as well as shopping and dining. Extremely clean unit/space. Bathroom was clean with a very hot shower with soft water. Only 1 bedroom with a queen size bed that was very comfortable. Other bed was a pull-out full size sofa with provided clean linens. Quick access to interstates, stores, restaurants, shopping. Approximately 30 min to Park City, 20 min to SLC airport, and 25 min to Lehi. Very quiet neighborhood. Host does stay in unit above and we only heard them on our last day and it was non bothersome then. Spotless kitchen. Enough space for 2-3 people. Feel like 4 people would be cramped. Big TVs and kept cooled during the summer despite the thermostat being controlled by the main unit. Easy coming and going from the unit at anytime of the day/night. Would absolutely, 10000% stay here again with 2 people. Didn't need to contact Tiffany for anything but she made herself available if we did.

Easy check in process, very responsive host, updated space and flexible with a last minute accommodation. Recommend to anyone looking to stay here!

Great place for us to base for our son’s gymnastics meet. Easy access. Full kitchen with all that you need. Perfect for small family or 2 couples. Note you will need to navigate stairs to basement level but they are wide and well lit. The owners have a small child and lovely well behaved dog that you can hear but it wasn’t a bother for us. Street parking is easy and the location is perfect. We would definitely recommend staying

Beautiful home for our summer family gathering in Utah. Eddy and Stephani are very responsive and helpful with accommodations. We loved staying at their place and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay for a ski trip or summer vacation in Utah.

This is a nice, clean place, and Jennifer was friendly, accommodating, and responded quickly to messages. I stayed here during an interstate move, and it was nice to be in a quiet suburb (but still close to restaurants and a Trader Joe’s) rather than the heart of SLC. I will say that the bed was very soft, and the laundry soap and toiletries were strongly fragranced. I know these are a matter of personal taste, but just thought I’d mention them in case anyone doesn’t like either of those things.

Gary & Mary were extremely accommodating! We booked last min late the night before due to our first Airbnb not working out and was also granted access to check in early. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Gary and Mary were extremely responsive and very nice people. We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!!!

This was an awesome stay. I stayed for my wedding, to get ready before and after. It was close to my venue which was 8 minutes away up the canyon. It was beautiful up there. The place was provate and clean. And there was plenty of entertainment for groomsmen and bridesmaid to do while helping us get ready. Lindsay was very accommodating and didn't mind we had a few extra people during the day. Also she was very sweet and gifted me a beautiful bouquet of flowers as a wedding gift. 100% would recommend!

Spencer’s place was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was much more spacious than the photos in the listing suggest—truly a pleasant surprise. Not only was the space beautifully designed and immaculately clean, but the views were also stunning. We traveled with our infant, and they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient. They thoughtfully provided everything we needed for our baby, including a pack ’n play, infant/toddler tub, bottle brush and drying rack, high chair, and a cozy infant lounge chair. As a bonus, there were also several card games and decks available for some fun downtime. If I ever find myself in Utah again, I won’t hesitate to book the Urban River Suite—it was a perfect stay from start to finish

Chris is very nice and responsive host. He even provided a new Chess Set for our grand daughter and us to play. As well, there are many other games provided. The kitchen is fully furnished with many cooking and baking equipment and appliances. I asked for extra support from Chris and he was willing to provide. This home is very well equipped with everything needed for full time living. My wife, children and I highly recommend Chris's home.

Came to visit Utah for a wedding and hiking with the family. Great central location, and the house was well-stocked, clean, and spacious. The hosts were super responsive to all our needs! It was great!
