Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sangdang-gu

A very unique place to stay with some lovely thoughtful touches. We’ve stayed in Seoul a few times and this was the best location yet - good for everyone I’d say but especially families with DDP and Sparex nearby. We’d stay again.

The host gave a good overall description of the accommodation, and it was nice that he responded quickly whenever I had any inquiries. And above all, everything from the bedding to everything was so clean,👍🏻 and the unfortunate thing was that there were many types of board games, but it was unfortunate that I couldn't enjoy them. If I come to play next time, I want to come again.🫶🏻

You were so kind and took care of everything so well, so it was a happy trip!!! The air conditioner was cool, the hot water came out well, and the tableware and everything was clean!!!!However, the surroundings are mountains, so the mosquitoes are a little big!!! Be sure to take the mosquito repellent.

The kitchen and bedroom were separate, and there were two bathrooms, so it was nice to shorten the preparation time! I had a lot of things to contact you, but I was grateful for your quick response and kindness!

This home was magic. There were fresh flowers, beautiful decorations. It was very comfortable and clean, perfect for our stay in Seoul. The location is fantastic. Zuhui sent me the address in Korean script, so it was very easy to get a taxi to drop us off. This home had a very relaxing vibe tō it.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Seoul. Everything was absolutely perfect — the place was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was even a great workspace which made things really convenient. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful terrace, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was very quiet, with no noise at all, making it ideal for rest and relaxation. The location was also fantastic, just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants I wanted to visit. The host was extremely cooperative and always attentive, making sure everything went smoothly. Check-in and check-out were very easy and hassle-free. What more can I say? Among the accommodations near Pyeongtaek Station, it was the most tidy and the parking guidance was good, so I rested comfortably before heading out~

We had a great time at your place, it is really well located, there is a lot of space, it's super clean and the host is kind. The only issue for me was the noise at night, the isolation is not the best. The curtains are not blackout and let in a lot of light. It is very hot, the air conditioning helps A LOT but makes a lot of noise and light at night. Other than those small details, it is really a very nice place to stay, thank you again!

Fefa Station is the nearest station.From Fefa Station, there is no up and down the road, so it is easy to understand and easy to get to the house.(You can also walk to Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, but it is a little further than Fefa Station, and there is a little up and down.) The bus stop called Dongdaemun General Market is about between Dongdaemun Station and Jongno 5-ga Station, so it is easy to understand how to get to and from the airport⇔ house. The house is clean and stylish as pictured.It is kept clean and pleasant. There is also a range, pots, dishes, silverware, pots, knives, etc., and dish soap. You can also use the washing machine, but please take your detergent with you. There is also a balcony where you can enjoy meals. The surrounding area is safe and very quiet. There is a Starbucks and CU (convenience store) between the area around Fefa Station to the house, making it convenient.There are also cafes, mochi shops, and bakeries. There is also a hair dryer in the bathroom.Body soap and shampoo are also available.Bring your own toothbrush. The room is comfortable, warm like home and the location is convenient, but there are only stairs, it is a bit of a struggle to carry luggage

Very cozy and comfortable, good location, only 1-2min walk from subway station, downstairs there is a convenience store, coffee, laver rice, etc.Walking to the traditional market, you can experience more food and market life.

In order to see the concert, kspo five stops, it only takes more than twenty minutes, by taxi 14 minutes, it is very convenient to get around, in addition to walking to the subway station, there is a little distance (probably about 10 minutes away), the traffic is completely fine, the check-in is also smooth, there is an elevator, the suitcase can be handled, the host can communicate very quickly, the check-in air conditioner is not cold enough, I immediately bought a new electric fan, I had a good sleep, the check-in was very good, the room was spacious, two large suitches could fully unfold, and it was very quiet to sleep.

I stayed for 6 weeks and had a comfortable stay! It seems to be soundproof. I stayed quietly. The air conditioner works well and the hot water works well, and the washing machine and microwave are in the room. The wifi is also good. Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the friendliness of the host. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it was a bit of a pity that there were places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and there is a slight inconvenience to walk around.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is ideal—just a short walk to the Humphreys walking gate, which was very convenient. The apartment itself is private and peaceful. Lucky’s place was perfect for a solo long stay in Seoul. There is much to do in the surrounding area and overall it felt like a home away from home. Staying with Brad and Sarah was a great experience, as their apartment is located in the beautiful Hannam area, surrounded by many great restaurants, cafe and fashion and lifestyle shops. Apart from the great location, Brad was an exceptional host that goes beyond to ensure our comfort, and gives great recommendation around the neighbourhood. The best Airbnb experience we had and definitely will stay here when we are in Seoul again.

The house was excellent. Extremely conveniently located to the bus, subway and airport bus. Since it’s so close to a university, there is plenty to eat and shop. Red moon was excellent host. Kind, communication was perfect and so accommodating: the air conditioning, the amenities were excellent. Highly recommend!
