Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sanibel

Highly recommend! It was clean, great location, beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay here again. Allison was very responsive to any questions we had.

Kevins house was nothing short of amazing and as others have stated, the photos don't it justice. We loved the outdoor space and the pool was bigger than appeared in photos. The inside of the house was very open and we were able to feel "at home". Kevin was very responsive before and during, although we didn't have any issues during our stay, but we did have to call him upon our arrival as we went to the wrong address (our fault!). It is in an "up and coming area" of Cape Coral, but it is a very quiet and nice area, and Publix is right down the road. Even Target, Aldis, and a farmers market store is within 10 minutes. We decided to drive to Naples area beaches, as we prefer those, and it was an hour drive, which we didn't mind. Lots of restaurants within 10-25 minutes. Only my husband and I stayed, but it would be great with the kids or other couples, and would definitely love to stay in this house in the future.

Betsy’s place was very cute and welcoming! The backyard was perfect and very relaxing. Betsy was very responsible and flexible. Only feedback for future guests is to note that she does provide with a small starter pack of supplies (one paper towel, one extra garbage bag and no dish soap), so keep in mind you will need to bring your own supplies if you’re having a large group staying at the house. Otherwise, it’s a lovely space and a very quaint neighborhood! Highly recommend!

My wife and I had a wonderful time at this home! The pictures do not do this place justice. The pool and outdoor deck were both relaxing and fun. We really appreciated having a bathroom right off the pool deck. The Master bedroom w/ king bed has sliders that open up to the pool area. The Master bathroom has a spacious walk in shower and private king's throne with door. Our host(s) were both organized and responsive. Highly recommend! Extremely clean and full of thoughtful amenities!

Paul was an exceptional host—friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. My family and I had a wonderful stay. The home was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. I spent my mornings and evenings fishing and caught red snapper, catfish, and spadefish. The neighbors were incredibly kind—one even stopped by to help me untangle my reel. My husband absolutely fell in love with Cape Coral and Paul’s beautiful home. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a great stay at Cara’s place in Cape Coral! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Cara was super helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. What a great place to stay!!! We had an amazing weekend!!! Richard was very kind and communicative from start to finish. The house has a very good vibe. It is in very neat condition and spotless (tidy, clean, and very well organized). The patio/lanai is the best place for a morning coffee. We also loved the kitchen window overlooking the pool, practical for keeping an eye on kids and the sunlight is amazing. We also felt very safe and comfortable. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Excellent amenities, comfy beds, quite and peaceful. Our experience was nothing short of amazing. We will definitely come back very soon since we love the city of Cape Coral, and this is the best place to stay. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!!!

Great area and nice place to stay in to get away. Huge place for a family! No pool but to get away and relax is all that is needed! I felt right at home! You will enjoy this place

We had a great time here. The pool is right outside the unit and we had it mostly to ourselves. Unit was spacious and clean with a beautiful backyard and nice lanai for drinking coffee in the mornings. The beach is just a few minute drive and there's a good pizza place 3 minutes away. Beds were super comfy and there are plenty of beach and bath towels, as well as other beach items (chairs, umbrellas, cooler, toys, etc.). We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo in a quiet and beautiful resort. Highly recommend this clean, quiet and restful condominium. Host was helpful and responsive. I would rent again in the future!

I really enjoyed staying here. It was quiet and relaxing inside and out. So easy to park right in front of the place so I didn’t even need to take my suitcase out. Great patio to sit and soak in the sun filtering through the beautiful tree. Bluetooth speakers inside were great too. The host responded within the minute. Very fast response. And the place was priced very well.

Location, location, location! This place is the best, if you're looking for easy walks, as it is situated in the heart of Old Naples, just a 10 minute walk to the Naples Pier and beautiful beaches. One block from great restaurants, and retail shops. The Saturday Farmers Market is a must visit! The condo is perfect for two people, clean, comfortable and easy access on the first floor with no stairs to climb! Enjoyed the use of the large pool during our visit. Only a 15 minute walk away is the infamous Fifth Avenue. Overall a very fun experience and convenient place to stay!

Second time visiting Hang house!!!! Everything was spark clean and organize. The family had a great time in the pool and the weather was not an issue since the pool heater was working perfectly fine. Very quiet neighborhood and private backyard. We loved Hang’a house and we’re planing on coming back for sure!!!

The house is a great property. It felt like my own house. Super clear, smelled like a nice hotel, pool was pristine, and what was very important to me, was that it did not feel like a rental place. Everything is high quality and in great shape. The house is well equipped with anything you cloud need. The only thing I would warn folks that are bothered with noises is that the house in next to a busy road. It this not bother me at all, but I think it is fair to point out too. Regarding Gabriel, he was simply amazing responding fast (I mean within minutes) and also addressing my questions. I have rented vacation properties at least 20 times and this is the first time I was absolutely satisfied with the property. It does not feel like a rental. Thanks so much Gabriel!

Thank you for a fantastic stay! We loved the great location—so convenient between the beach and downtown. The accommodations were comfortable and relaxing, with a great layout and spacious common area. The well-stocked kitchen and beach/pool items were a wonderful touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated everything and would definitely stay again in the future!

The house was above our expectations. It was very luxurious yet comfortable. The beds and pillows were of high quality and there were plenty of extra pillows for those who needed an extra. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals at the house. The rain shower head was extra nice in the master suite. The whole family enjoyed the pool. The host answered every question we had. We can’t wait to return!

What a lovely quiet neighborhood. Just what I was looking for. The house was well appointed with furniture and kitchen accoutrements. The towels and linens were lovely. The decor very much a modern beach theme. The propane tank for the grill was empty however I found a full one in the garage. Bravo! There were beach chairs in the garage and a cooler also. It would have been nice to know that. Could I have parked in the garage? A few take aways. The lock on the door doesn’t work for you until after the 4pm check-in time unless you pay extra. If you leave earlier than the checkout time however there is no refund. The hot tub was not heated however in 90 degree heat it may be protocol to not heat it. It would have been nice to have a heads up when services were to be performed on the property such as grass cutting, pest control, and pool cleaning. The facts that all these things were taken care of was a fabulous benefit! I loved staying in this home! I would rent it again!
