The house has a living area of 130 m² and is suitable for 4 people. It is located in the cross-border National Park Neusiedler See/Hansag. It borders directly on the core zone of the national park. In the distance, the adjacent towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch am See, Rust and Fertörakos. Directly in front of the property, which is more than 2000 m², you will find a fascinating animal world, where the gray cattle and water buffaloes graze directly in front of the property on which the house is located.

Small summer house on Lake Neusiedl

The small guesthouse is located directly in Weiden am Neusiedler See. The beach is about 1km away and easily accessible by car or bike. Bike rental is close by. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, sup (beach rental for a fee). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. To the airport about 25 minutes by car. The gazebo is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

In 2025 I completely renovated another apartment. AVA 3 is 60m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Spaces: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower ( 1.20 m x1m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. All rooms are equipped with central heating. The apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet space.
