Der Haseltalradweg führt direkt am Grundstück vorbei. Das Freibad ist ca. 300m entfernt. Die Ski- und Wandergebiete im Thüringer Wald (Oberhof mit internationalen Wettkampfstätten, Downhill mit Lift und Schmiedefeld) sind mit dem PKW in 20- 30 min. und auch mit öffentl.
