Our cozy Zirbitz hut with sauna and fireplace is located directly on the edge of the forest with magnificent views of the mountains of the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen nature park at an altitude of 1050 meters. The hiking trails start right at your doorstep; the snow-guaranteed ski resort of Grebenzen can be reached in a few minutes. On the spacious, partly covered terrace you can hear the sound of the nearby mountain stream, sun worshippers will get their money's worth here

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. To relax, you have seating and space for grilling at the edge of the forest.

You are undisturbed in the spacious garden area or with a cosy get-together in the beautiful garden pavilion. From the front door you can hike the nature park Grebenzen. Well-designed hiking trails and best air values they have on site.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Luxurious chalet in Murau near Kreischberg ski resort

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
