The apartment on the first floor is located in a former farmhouse and has been completely newly furnished. It is suitable for 2 - 3 people. The house has a large garden with various seats for shared use, as well as a garage in the house. In the surrounding area there are shops for everyday needs. The city park (Japanese garden) next to the outdoor pool is a 5-minute walk away.

The Hierholzer Weiher is a habitat for dragonflies, water insects, spawning place of numerous frogs and summer meeting place for locals and their guests. There is an alpine view towards the south.
