Well connected by tram and buses that take you downtown or anywhere in the province such as Benidorm and Altea. It has parking and wifi. You can enjoy lazy days on the Costa Blanca, many tourist attractions, the sun and the beach! The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, the building has an elevator and the apartment provides air conditioning in it. On the same front door, you can buy bread or fresh pastries besides press or anything in the mini supermarket, and enjoy home cooked lunches. You also have a french and 2 spanish restaurants besides the beach. The tram station stop, La Isleta is just 6min walking from the apartment. Nice apartment, 5 minutes walk to the beach. It has a living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air conditioning and a big terrace, with private parking. Fully equiped (Wifi optical fiber included). Urbanization is equipped with a big pool and a childen pool, minigolf, gym, paddle, social club and playground. Well comunicated with Alicante center or places like Benidorm on bus (stop bus at 100 meters) or tram (just 5 minutes). Near to a supermarket, farmacy and some services.
