My friends and I had a good stay! It's really well located for the Playa San Juan and is a pretty comfortable space with a great balcony. There was some construction going on outside a few of the rooms so that was a little inconvenient, but overall it was great for us.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Very quiet area, everything was very clean and the jacuzzi was spectacular. Peter was always pending if we had any questions.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient and an easy 10 min walk to the beach, and all the restaurants in old town. The apartment was extremely spacious with 3 full bathrooms, the kitchen was well stocked, and the apartment was quiet at night. The hosts were very responsive and were quite helpful for local recommendations, they even made us reservations at their favorite restaurants. We were allowed to leave our bags a few hours early since our train arrived before checking time, which was extremely convenient. We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone!

3 couples on a Pentecost holiday in Alicante. We stayed perfectly with Soledad, 3 good bedrooms and 2 good bathrooms. Fantastic terrace. Located quietly with 10 minutes to the center with all restaurants within reach. Highly recommendable

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a wonderful stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect, and contains everything you need for a successful holiday. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into the city. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return flight to Norway and were able to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I'd love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

The house was very spacious, bright and clean, it also has a fantastic terrace for breakfast. On top of the building, there is also a large terrace with a beautiful view of the castle, which you can access. Miguel was also a fantastic host: the house had everything you could need, including products for women such as pads and makeup remover pads; he also gave us great advice on the beaches and allowed us to check in as early as the morning. Fantastic experience that I absolutely recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay in Alicante! The apartment boasted a truly beautiful view that we couldn't get enough of. Its great location meant everything was within easy reach, and having a lovely beach right next to us was a huge bonus. To top it all off, our hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Honestly, a 10/10. The house is a real treat, super cool and with plenty of space to be a large group perfectly. We have all been super comfortable and at ease, enjoying the basket, the pool for a dip, the bbq, the terraces with the hammocks and so on. Everything was great, and on top of that, perfectly prepared and with plenty of utensils for 10 people. The area is quiet, next to a cove, in a residential area. There are no restaurants or pubs nearby, so we had to go out for that, but it wasn't a problem. And finally, Eva has been an outstanding host. Always attentive and available, proactive, friendly and professional. He gave us many recommendations that were a total success, and made our stay great. So in short, a totally recommended stay!!

The beach is so close and there is a 24/7 shop 50 m away so everything in a close proximity. The elevator was a bit small max 3 ppl but it works fine.

The apartment was spotless and had everything you need for two people. In the surroundings it was quiet and attention to detail. You had the pool in front to enjoy it, a barbecue and terrain for walking. And without a doubt, the best was the attention and kindness of the owner, Tom. He attended us at all times when we were there and answered all the questions and doubts we had before arrival. It is a quiet and idyllic place to stay and definitely worth the price you pay. We didn't rule out staying there again.

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Alexandra has very good communication and informed us very well, even during the stay she asks us if we lack anything. The apartment is clean and conveniently located. A balcony with a nice view is nice for the evening, too hot during the day in June. Everything is next door and the sea is a 5-10 min walk. Everything you need as amenities both in the kitchen and to go to the beach is there for a nice stay. The building is huge but very clean and quiet, as from everywhere in alicante in the copopriete swimming pool, tennis court, private playground. i highly recommend this rental. For our part, no regrets and we will come back if the opportunity presents.

What a beautiful location. We had forgotten our computer and Andrés took care of it. Super friendly. Everything was not super large in the apartment but present . The most beautiful thing was the pool with the view. We felt at home there. Had a lovely time and will definitely come back here. Thank you for everything you are a top host!

The apartment is perfect for 2 people, wonderful views of the beach and sea. Expansive blue flag beach, 2 min walk, many restaurants and bars nearby. Very well equipped kitchen. Welcoming host met us on arrival. The apartment is also very near to bus and tram stops so going to central Alicante is very easy. Nice shower too! Good communication throughout.

The apartment is in great location right next to fantastic beach. The building and it's sorounding is very nice and well maintained. Although slight delay with the check, Ricardo was responsive and sorted what we needed. We recommend staying in Ricardo's apartment.

We a great time in Benidorm especially in Eva,s apartment it was better then we expected it was very clean she left us details about the Bus,s the eatery’s supermarkets she actually made our holiday easy so we will definitely be back in Benidorm in Eva’s apartment next year so Thank You Eva

This was one of the most beautiful properties i've stayed in. We felt at home straight away. Everything felt perfect and comfortable. The rooms were all great size with amazing Italian decor. The furniture is amazing and high quality. Each room has its own balcony with the most amazing view of the Mediterranean sea. Each balcony is a big enough for you to enjoy. Hearing the sound of the ocean morning and night was such a unique experience. Everything is so well thought out in the property, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom has all the amenities you need. There is a lift in the property which is so handy. The garage is great with everything from beach chairs and towels for you to go down to the beach or to the swimming pool. The best thing about this property was the Host Pepa and her family. They were always helpful and nothing was too much for them. They made us feel like family. We can not wait to go back. If you get the opportunity to stay here please do.
