Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Sant Joan d'Alacant

The apartment was in a great location, nice and clean but because there is four towers with the same name the taxi driver got confused dropping us off at the correct one but the host was great and directed us ASAP when we got lost

Our stay in this apartment in Alicante was very pleasant. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, and the rooms were comfortable, with quality bedding and towels. The hosts were extremely kind and attentive, always willing to help. They were flexible with our arrival time, and both check-in and check-out were very simple. The apartment is close to a bar with a lot of activity during the weekend. However, we were able to sleep very well. The location is ideal for exploring Alicante with ease. The tram and bus that take you to the city center are just 100 meters away, and the magnificent beach is 200 meters away. This apartment is undoubtedly an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable stay near the beach.

The accommodation was very good, it is a very tidy apartment with air conditioning, which was appreciated because of the temperature outside. It was very well equipped, even with complimentary items. Many thanks, how kind!

We wanted to thank Dalia for the quality and the very cossy side of her apartment. It has a good location ( transportation nearby), but if you have a vehicle it's much better to explore the surrounding sites and beaches. Everything was perfect, the only small downside the size of the double bed, because we are big(1m92 and 1m77). Otherwise everything was great, the residence, the pool, the locals and the squirrel that makes you small appearances. We will keep this address and will recommend it without hesitation.

This place was great. Marisa was very responsive. The host greeted as at the apartment, showed us everything, provided some tips around the city. Apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed. It is located on a great location, 15 min walk to either the beach or the old town. No complaints at all. Perfect spot when visiting Alicante. Would highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful experience at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and welcoming. Pilar was a great host and was incredibly kind allowing an earlier check in and later check out. She provided detailed instructions, making check-in a breeze. Carlos was there to meet us and he was great. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – quiet yet close to everything we wanted to explore. Carlos was great with the local recommendations. I truly felt we were well taken care of and would definitely book again if we visit Alicante again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed spot with an exceptional host!

It was my first Airbnb trip and we really enjoyed our stay! Everything was within walking distance of the apartment: Castello Santa Barbara, downtown, beach and the train station. Since we were the first guests, surprisingly, a kettle was outside the door the day after we arrived in the morning - was not listed as amenities - and we were very pleased: Merci vilmals!

The house is very nice and the garden is amazing, in reality is much bigger than it looks on the pictures. There is lot of plants on the garden and very nice lightening for enjoying the time during the evening as well. Juan is very nice and kind person, always replying very quickly when something is needed. The area is very calm and beautiful. We have enjoyed our stay a lot, highly recommended.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable with Lola and José. They welcomed us very well and explained everything in detail. They're wonderful people. The house left nothing to be desired and we didn't lack anything. In addition to the generous amount of space, we enjoyed the patio and garden very well kept. All in all, a stay in this house is more than recommended and we would love to come back! We were in Alicante for 5 days and felt very comfortable in the accommodation. It was also very good that we were able to drop off our luggage in the apartment at 11 a.m. and thus could walk directly to the beach in 5 minutes without luggage. The apartment is clean and tidy. The highlight is the beautiful roof terrace from which you have a view of the sea and in the evening, when it is not so hot, you can still have a drink.

A nice place, quietly located at the end of a street. Check-in and communication with Adolfo was very good and with quick response time. Beautiful beaches both north and south. Great place for lazy days on the beach, and not too far from larger cities such as Torrevieja and Alicante. Feel free to go there again

An amazing host — incredibly flexible and accommodating. She let us check in late and even allowed a late check-out, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Her communication was excellent throughout, with super quick responses and thoughtful recommendations. The accommodation itself was beautiful — even better than the photos, which really don’t do it justice! Altea is a wonderful place to visit, and staying here made it even more special. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.

The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

This accommodation is worth it for the breathtaking views of the city, a few minutes from the beach that you can reach by taking a short walk, the pool area and garden is very large and very beautiful. The apartment has everything... I would book again if we return to Benidorm and it is available. It was a success... my family and I loved it

The apartment was perfect for us, a family of 5. it is a seafront apartment on second floor, nice balcony with both sea views and fabulous pool, and view. The was not much restaurant choices, this time of year in the area, but we got tram most nights into Alicante, a super town with endless outdoor dining. overall highly recommend.

I stayed here for a couple of months. It's a beautiful apartment in a stunning and peaceful setting. The apartment is really spacious and very well equipped with a wonderful terrace and stunning views out over the sea. There is a great little shop next door. The apartment is only a couple of minutes from the tram into El Campello/Luceros/Benidorm. And just a minute further to the bars/restaurants and the cove with its secluded little beach. Great host who was super helpful and responsive.

We really enjoyed the stay, the development is very comfortable and the beach is a 10-minute walk away and it's a very good beach. There are good restaurants to walk to and the children have enjoyed both the paddle tennis court and the soccer court. We'd like to repeat!
