A bright, comfortable studio with high ceilings, and a full sized kitchen which includes a butcher block counter seating area for working or dining. Gas stove, Fiestaware dishes, Revere ware pans, silverware, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, and refrigerator. Family neighborhood, close to 101, 10min drive to downtown SB and Goleta, beaches, hiking areas, dog parks, great restaurants. All pets are welcomed; no additional fees.
