What a great location! Walking distance to everything. Great local restaurants and cafes nearby. The place was spotless, modern and comfortable.

what a great spot, just out of the buzzing old town and close enough for a short walk to get it in. Perfect for our little family with peace and quiet (and comfortable air con) but also convenience. And to boot there's a great little cafe right next door. The modern facilities of the well designed and furnished apartment were appreciated where many other accommodation reviews often leave lacking (we weren't prepared to take a chance). Caterina's communication was great and though she was away she coordinated easy access to the property.

Paola’s place was a wonderful, cool safe haven in the busy city. Fantastic AC for the heat, comfortable, homey, with incredible views from the balcony. Paola was responsive and flexible when it took a long time for us to drop off our rental car, and provided some great local recommendations. Easy walking to the city center and tourist sights. We had a great stay!

We arrived very late and got to the house around 11:30 PM. By 11:32 PM, we were already unpacking our suitcases in this breathtaking apartment. Azzurra, once again, thank you so much for such an easy check-in and for understanding that our little one (and us too) needed to get to sleep as soon as possible. The way the apartment is designed deserves a separate mention. Everything is so smartly planned, beautiful, and convenient — applause to the designer-architect! The furniture is stunning. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The duvets are feather-filled. The bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous! Everything is spotless. In the kitchen, you’ll find all the essentials so you don’t have to buy anything extra. The towels are impeccable, and the toiletries are wonderful. In short, we are absolutely thrilled with this place — a must-visit! I never even imagined such amazing apartments existed in Florence. And most importantly, everything is organized flawlessly! 💝💝💝

The accommodation was perfect for our week-long stay. It is modern, everything was super clean and we felt very comfortable. The communication and check-in with Tiago were uncomplicated and friendly. Most of the time, we got a free parking space right outside the door. You can walk to the city or use the good bus connection. We can't think of anything that could be improved. Everything super and highly recommended!

Laura was an incredible host, nothing was too much trouble and would respond to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and cosy, and had everything by you needed. A 20 minute walk from the pitti palace, making central Florence super accessible. Thank you Laura for a wonderful stay

Francesco's place was a great find. The location was just right; walking distance to every place I wanted to visit, but just enough off the very center to be less crowded. Also, I got to see the beautiful facade of the Bascilica di Santa Croce every time I walked out the door! There are some really good restaurants nearby; the famous gelateria, Vivoli, is steps away; and a short walk took me to the nearby supermercato. For those who want to eat in sometimes, as I did, though minimally-equipped, kitchen worked well to make simple meals with a refrigerator, an induction cooktop and a microwave). The apartment is not huge, but feels spacious with its high ceilings, and was comfortable for me staying both solo and as a couple. I stayed for four weeks, and I was happy to return to my little home away from home every day. Francesco was a great host, very accommodating, who checked in weekly to make sure all was well, and was quick to respond to any question or concerns I had.

It was a good and clean accommodation. Elona and her husband are very friendly hosts. Unfortunately, due to a lot of traffic, we arrived very late - this was not a problem, we were received very kindly and were shown everything. In addition, we received some tips for the area and if we had any questions, we always got an answer quickly. During the time we were provided with coffee and water (filter tap water) and on the day of departure croissants were placed on the terrace. It was also very nice that we were allowed to leave the car in the garage a little longer on our day of departure and so we could walk comfortably into the city again. We had a nice stay and recommend the accommodation.

Fabulous little apartment just outside of the city centre. Lots of space and amenities. Very clean and the washing machine/laundry line were very useful. Balcony’s were a lovely touch! Tramline to Florence city just a 5 minute walk and the train station another 5 minute walk. Right by the river also. Shops nearby and some lovely cafes. Federico was a lovely host and very responsive for when we needed anything. Would highly recommend!

Thanks to the host for their kindness. municipal swimming pool 2 minutes' walk away (swim caps mandatory). the tram to go to Florence is a 10-minute drive, it will cost you 0.30 euros for the highway to get there. parking is 7 euros if you stay there for more than 10 hours. tram tickets are 1.70 euros one way. but it's a great way to get to Florence, about 30 minutes from the villa. trams leave around every 6/7 minutes, until 11:30 p.m. Thanks to the host for his advice. The garage for the car is a plus. We even got a very good cake from the host on the last day. Thank you

We loved out stay… so peaceful with beautiful views from the pool and yet so close to the things that you want to see in Tuscany.

Dina was a wonderful host! Upon checking, she gave many local recommendations and was so helpful! The place was exactly as described and looked like the pictures. Very walkable everywhere!!! The backyard was so private and great to have a patio. Will definitely come back!

The stay was wonderful. Elly always responded quickly and helped us with everything we needed. The house is in a very good location because it is close to everything but far from the mess so we can sleep in peace and quiet. I would definitely come back!!

Very well located and clean accommodation, with an attentive and very patient host. Transportation is well served and close to the accommodation. The tram takes you to the historic center of Florence. We recommend that you travel to Pisa by train and to Siena by bus. An unforgettable Tuscan week due in large part to Simone's good advice. Super cozy and well-furnished apartment — clean, spacious, and quiet. Separate air conditioners in the living room and bedroom, reliable Wi-Fi, and a lovely balcony with a nice view. The location is peaceful and pleasant, just a few stops from the city center, with good grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I really enjoyed my stay here and hope to come back again in the future!

We had a wonderful stay. Chiara was very friendly and gave us lots of suggestions of places to visit. The accommodation is lovely and the surrounding garden is perfect for relaxing in the evening. Highly recommended.

We were there as a group and had a wonderful vacation. The single location is very idyllic with fabulous views of the valley and over the olive trees. The villa was very well equipped( kitchen everything you can imagine, additional fridge, washing machine +dryer...) you noticed that the house is also used privately and was therefore also decorated with a lot of love for detail. The style is very comfortable. Beds very comfortable, screens on all windows. We were very enthusiastic about the pizza oven, as well as the pool. We spent most of our time at the house due to the heat and the very steep driveway (gravel path, partly rinsed out, two sharp turns). A car for activities and shopping is a must-see.

The best experience we have ever had with Air BnB, Alessia and Galia are the most wonderful people and have been so welcoming and helpful with our stay here. Perfect for children with a garden to play in and a great house to sleep. We were even met with fresh produce from their garden, cherries and zucchinis and a freshly baked cake - what more could you ask for. There are air con in the bedrooms and the house is cool and super clean. We love this place and would love to return here again next year. Wonderful home for our family of four including a one year old and three year old. Authentic, private, clean and in an amazing location with a beautiful view. This was our favourite Airbnb of all time.

The house was very nice and comfortable overall. The decor was a little old-fashioned, but that added to the authentic atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the quiet surroundings, which allowed us a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was well equipped, which made preparing your own meals very easy. A small drawback was that the house is a little far from the city center and that the pool could only be used at certain times; it would have been helpful if this information had been provided in advance. Nevertheless, the host was extremely polite and attentive, which made our stay very comfortable. Despite the small flaws, everything was outstanding.

Absolutely gorgeous property with country side view and a cozy outdoor area, plus two friendly black cats! Louise was the perfect host: friendly, generous, attentive, she even offered to help us out when we had a setback that was totally unrelated to our stay at her property. Highly recommend to any traveller seeking an idyllic stay in the Tuscan countryside!
