Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Santa Croce, Florence

A beautiful spot in a great location of Florence. Everything is in walking distance, from the train station to the Academia to the Uffizi, this is an excellent place to stay. We are a family of four and we arrived to find the pull out couch nicely made into a bed for our children. The place was spotless as well! The host is super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Lorenzo was an exceptional host. Very attentive, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations. He checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could rate this place 15/10, I would! We had a rental car, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a 10-minute drive to everything, with convenient parking right in front of the house. Plus, the garden was absolutely stunning

Great stay, located in the heart of Florence. Host was flexible with letting us drop bags early for free. Any issues that popped up, they were very quick to work with us to fix. Would recommend!

We stayed at Flora House as a family trip with my parents and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we really enjoyed cooking meals together with fresh ingredients from the host’s farm. It was a great place to unwind and spend quality time as a family. Highly recommended!

Great base to explore Florence with all the amenities you need. We really appreciated all the coffee pods! Matteo was an excellent host, accommodating an early check in and booking us a taxi. The house is a 20 minute walk into the tourist spots, which is further than you think in the Summer heat! Recommend eating/drinking in the local bars rather than across the river, it’s a great neighbourhood. Santarosa Bistrot and Piazza Santo Spirito were our favourites. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely, centrally located and spacious apartment. Lots of stairs but there is also a small elevator - you can take multiple trips up with luggage. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor terrace was beautiful with flowers and a stunning view of the duomo. 2 bathrooms with one smaller than the other - typical euro bathrooms and they were clean. The a/c worked well. Walkable to everything. My only comment - which is not about the apartment itself - is that the area immediately surrounding the duomo wasn’t as pretty as I thought it would be. Duomo was gorgeous, but the immediate area felt surrounded with some shady characters. Next time we might try to stay near the piazza Santa trinita which felt more upscale. Carlotta is a great host and communicated clearly and frequently with local recommendations. I’d recommend this rental.

Really loved our stay here. The rooftop was amazing and it wasn't noisy at all, even with a concert going on a few blocks away. Amazing ambiance and views.

What an amazing place to stay. Everything is so close, within walking distance of the front door. Laura was always on hand to help with our plans and kindly allowed us a later checkout. The 76 steps up to the apartment are just part of the many many steps you will do in beautiful Florence, being so high up meant the roof terrace was a very peaceful place to sit in the morning and to watch the sun go down over the Duomo.

Wow wow wow. If we could move in here we would. Beautiful space, where you can tell everything has been thought of to make your stay as smooth as possible. Best AC and showers that we have encountered in Europe. The balcony on the Arno though of course truly can’t be beat. We could have enjoyed another week!

We actually were unable to stay here because my husband was hospitalized in Venice. The communication and understanding us having to cancel was tremendous. We have stayed in the neighborhood before and loved the area and walkable to everything we needed. Also just a couple of blocks from the train station which made this more attractive. Hopefully we will be able to visit someday.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Delightfully cozy accommodation in a perfect location for all the main city centre sights. Comfortable and peaceful. A true home from home. Breakfast and evening wind down in the courtyard garden surrounded by flowering shrubs and birdsong was a real bonus. Patrizia was the perfect host. Great communication, welcoming, kind and informative.

Lola’s place was great, and an easy walk to everything, yet in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is beautiful and peaceful when we wanted to get away from all the tourists. Lola was also the best host we’ve experienced thru AirBNB. She took care of a minor problem immediately and was always checking on us and giving us good recommendations. Highly recommend her place.

Our families 7 night stay at Ponte Vecchio was 10 🌟 PERFECT in every way. In the midst of fabulous, frenetic Firenze we found calm, quiet, & the intimacy of nature close to everything. The spacious, beautiful & bright apartment is sophisticated, artistic, comfortable & is equipped with all necessary details. Our host Riccardo was helpful from the moment we booked until he bid us farewell the morning we left, insuring the taxi he got us was suitable. He greeted us with warmth introducing us to our home away from home with fresh plants, wine, cold drinks-a kind, thoughtful touch. We awakened to the intoxicating scent of Jasmin & magpies each morning savouring our cappuccinos from downstairs. The restaurants Riccardo recommended were two of our favourites in all our travels with no exception. You experience with your whole being the quality & passion. Specialty shops & our fav. lunch trattoria Dei Rossi around the winding streets. We will return & stay at Ricardo’s. Grazie, Grazie 🙏

This apartment is one of a kind. The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, and has panoramic views of the entire city of Florence. We were able to have our coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise. Moreover Matteo, provided water, beer and a complementary bottle of Tuscan white wine which we had in the evening while watching a sunset. Matteo was very helpful and extremely flexible, especially during check-in. He provided us with fun facts not only about the apartment but the city as well. Everything is centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere when sightseeing. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! Host was helpful and provided some great recommendations that we ended up going to and enjoying! Location is 10/10 and the place is exactly as described - feels luxurious and also has amenities just if you were home.

Amanda’s place was lovely - being a bit outside the city center, the area was not so busy with tourists and it was especially quiet and peaceful on the terrace, which we enjoyed after a day of walking in the crowded streets. The trek up the five flights of stairs is definitely a thing but Amanda’s listing gives ample warning of it, and we think it was actually a big help in balancing our calorie intake each day 😅 Amanda was very responsive and helpful, even taking the time to provide us with a list of recommendations for things to do based on our interests. Thanks again Amanda!

Even prior to booking the apartment, the host were very responsive to our questions. Once we booked it, they were very proactive and welcoming us to the apartment. Flexible check-in and they met us at the property. The pictures don’t do it justice. Felt like home. They were very responsive during our trip. Great quiet location. 10 minutes walking to the Domo area. Local area, full of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

It is a great apartment walking distance from all the touristic places. The host is very kind and responsive. The view of the Duome it’s a plus. I have only good things to say about our stay. Only thing to consider when booking is that the apartment has many steps to get in which was ok because we packed light.

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was well located, lots of options for breakfast close by, easy to access many of the key spots in the city and close to the train station. The AC worked great, plenty of linens and very comfortable beds. Our hosts were very active with suggestions, checking in if we needed anything throughout our stay. The kitchen was spacious and updated with a supermarket just down the block. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Florence.
