We stayed in Florence for a couple of days and really liked the apartment! The self check-in process was simple, and the apartment is located on the ground floor with a small private courtyard—perfect for evening tea or morning breakfast. It was clean and cozy, with everything you might need, from hand soap to laundry detergent. Highly recommended!

It is a nice area and really convenient to get around. However, I would say if u have a lot of luggages you should consider store your luggage somewhere else since there is no elevators. The staffs are overall very friendly and nice, and responsive, one man who was working there even helped me carried most of my luggages upstairs. Though there was some misunderstanding regarding check-outs. Overall a really pleasant experience!

We loved this apartment. The view of Florence was amazing and it felt very cozy. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do but just far enough away to not be as noisy. The service was great and very responsive to anything we had questions about. Would recommend this spot to anyone!

Tommaso's apartment was perfect and ideal for my stay. It was a short walk to the Duomo and the Galleria dell'Academia with lots of restaurant options nearby as well. The apartment was clean and spacious. It met all of my needs, and Tom was very helpful in providing multiple types of restaurant options for whatever cuisine or meal you're looking for. I'd recommend this place to anyone coming to Florence.

Perfect for our family group of adult children. The view from the terrace is unbelievable. Many choices of cafes and bars. Alessandro was flexible with check in, and proficient when there was an issue with the building water. The apartment was lovely and cool when we arrived, which was very welcome. Plentiful space with three beautiful living areas as well as the great balcony space. Great washing facilities which is a necessity on long tours away. The bedrooms are all huge, with abundant closet space. A good lift without the usual flight of stairs from street level, only 3 small steps. Spotlessly clean, thanks to the very friendly Marinella. Close to transport to the airport by light rail from San Marco or taxi only 100m on the next block, even though in the ZTL area. Shopping, sites, food and markets all within 5 minute walk. Wonderful stay in the most elegant apartment of our holiday. Thanks

This was a great accommodation! Plenty of space, with tons of helpful amenities like an iron, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Great value for what we paid, being about a ~15min walk from the train station. Fairly easy to get into historic Florence, however the buses seemed a bit unpredictable. Paola was incredibly helpful, she met us in Bologna to hand-off the key and gave us tons of recommendations. Great experience overall!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was even better than expected – very clean, well-equipped, and beautifully located. You could tell that the hosts really thought of everything. We especially appreciated how spotless everything was – it felt truly comfortable and welcoming from the first moment. The check-in process was smooth, communication was quick and helpful, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We stayed 2 nights at Tom's. The accommodation at Tom's was very cozy. We felt very comfortable, everything was clean and tidy and very tastefully decorated. Everything was well explained and despite the hot temperatures in Florence, the apartment was pleasantly cool. We found the almost silent air conditioning in all rooms particularly impressive. With the tram, just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, you can be in the center in 15 minutes, so you can also make a detour back to the apartment at noon in the midday heat to rest. We will be happy to come back. However, you should not stop directly in front of the apartment to unload the suitcases, the neighbor is very unfriendly. There are plenty of parking spaces near the apartment, as well as small cafes, supermarkets and everything you need for a stay

Great place for peace, quiet and beautiful mountain view from the private garden of this historic chapel. Our hosts, Titti and Antonio, were attentive and extremely helpful in our brief moment of crisis with our rental car issue. We had a beautiful time and a wonderful stay! We highly recommend this gorgeous property for your personal sanctuary with nature.

Where do I start. Words do not express how beautiful this place is. Very very quiet and peaceful. We only spent 3 days. Visited a winery that Bianca setup for us at short notice. We were ill prepared and did not have a car to get around but worked out really well for us. We walked about 15 minutes into town close by and did a little grocery shopping. Bianca is an excellent host. I would definitely recommend this rustic gem. Until next time

We had a great stay at Elisa and Tania’s place, they were both very welcoming, we felt like family even after 2 nights! They made sure we were comfortable at all times and helped us with restaurant recommendations. The place was clean and had everything we needed and the terrace was beautiful to spend the morning and night relaxing ☺️ We also loved the cats! Highly recommend if you are thinking about booking - if we’re ever in Florence again we will book their place!

Ania Leila’s place is just a gem! 💎 we really enjoyed our time there and traveling with our small son (17 months) had the perfect time. The spacious garden and pool were amazing and we loved spending time outdoors. The dogs, horses and chickens made the stay even more awesome 🐕🐴🐓 the house itself is so cozy and well equipped that we felt right at home! They even had toys for our little one! Thank you so much for having us and providing us with such an amazing time! ☀️💛 we will definitely be back!

Room it's just like the pictures, checkin was really good, Lorenzo send all the details in advance. if you arrive to Firenze Santa María Novella you have to walk arround 15 minutes to the appartment. Quiet zone perfect to rest.

We absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was perfect - walkable to everything in Florence. The host was very quick to respond and very polite. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, modern and great for a group of 6. It is a lot of stairs - this was actually a positive thing for us, as we needed a little exercise to burn off all of the pizza consumption haha. But be prepared that you will need to get your suitcases up / down the stairs. Overall we loved this spot and definitely would book it again!

Excellent stay at Carolina's! The apartment is very clean and super functional. Carolina is a very responsive host and very attentive to her tenants. Everything was OK in the apartment. The apartment is a little out of the center (about 20' walk), which makes a real break from the crowd of tourists present in the city center! I would 100% recommend!

Everything was excellent. The only issue is the air condition, it was not cooling and the weather was hot .

I was a wonderful place, a home for our few days stay. All important things were walkable. Great nearby restaurant recommendations. Host was lovely. Great spot , in a great area . Bakery and really good grocery near by.

Matteo’s place was perfect for a couple. Matteo was so lovely and accommodating. All the detail and effort he put in for us was amazing. He met us at the place to personally hand over the keys and go through all the little things like how to use all the appliances and equipment in his apartment. He even had recommendations for places to eat and was always reachable via phone for all our questions. The apartment was safe and equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely rebook Matteo’s apartment! Can’t wait to see you next time when we come back to Florence!

Staying at Fabrizio’s place in Florence was an absolute pleasure. From the moment i booked, Fabrizio was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. He provided clear directions, great local recommendations, and made check-in smooth and easy. The apartment itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and full of charm. The location was perfect: close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Fabrizio clearly takes pride in being a great host, and it shows. We felt very welcome and well taken care of. Wonderful three night stay. Apartment very clean. All amenities washer dryer in great condition. Beds very comfortable. In walking distance to sights shopping and good restaurants. Surprised to find a kitchen stocked with water juice eggs salami bread cereal to get us started. Tomasso and Francesco very attentive. Responded immediately when we needed a taxi to train station.
