The place was great, only stayed for a few days. There's a little restaurant a block away, good food for great prices. El Plaza is 5 min drive or walking is around 20 minutes. Would definitely stay again.

the place is quiet and really comfortable 20 min from the center of Oaxaca, it is only 100 meters of terracería before arriving but a sedan passes smoothly the house is very large and private pool.

I stayed here for an extended period and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home itself is beautiful—thoughtfully arranged, clean, and cozy, with everything I needed for a long stay. It’s nestled in a peaceful, quiet location that allowed me to rest deeply and focus when I needed to. The surrounding area felt safe and serene, a true retreat. What made the stay exceptional, though, was the host. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and supported from the very beginning. Her kindness, attentiveness, and care made me feel not just like a guest, but genuinely welcomed. I’m incredibly grateful for both the space and the connection, and I would return in a heartbeat.

I will tell you that the house is the synonym of peace and tranquility, the view of lights on the hill at dusk is beautiful, the jacuzzi loved it. The owner is an attentive being, with a spirit of service 24/7, he thought of everything, so that my Pet, friend and I were comfortable and achieved our goals in the city. This was my first time in Mexico. This air bnb is conveniently located in the heart of Centro, which is a "hub" of Oaxaca, walking distance to most things. The local tour agency is literally across the street from this bnb and has amazing half-day & full-day tour options to all the local attractions. The tours pick you up & drop you off at this bnb. The air bnb loft is modern & updated; perfect size for 1-2 people. Alvaro is an excellent host. He responds promptly to any and all inquiries and is very kind and helpful. This air bnb was a perfect spot to stay to explore Oaxaca.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Oaxaca! The location couldn't be better—surrounded by amazing restaurants and a wide variety of bars, all within walking distance. The neighborhood felt very safe, even at night, which made exploring the area so enjoyable. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting Oaxaca!

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a historic building with all the comforts. Great bed, strong air conditioning, and excellent shower. Perfect central location, walkable to markets and restaurants, yet quiet. Mario was an amazing host, responsive and helpful. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Would definitely return.

The place is amazing. It's more spacious than what you can see in the photos. It has good natural lighting. Access is independent and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The center is very close both by car and on foot, and the area is safe. It has nearby local shops, cafes, bars, convenience stores, etc. Antonio is an attentive and friendly host. He was in contact at all times and was always accessible. I highly recommend the experience.

Victor was a wonderful host! He provided us with several options of things to do around town and the outskirts of the city. Having a coffee below was awesome for a quick caffeine fix. We had a relaxing yet memorable 1st time visit to Oaxaca and would definitely come back!

Olivia and her partners were very responsive, helped us schedule our Airport pick ups and drop offs and were prompt in replying to our questions in a friendly manner. The apartment was comfortable, clean and in easy walking distance to the Xochimilco, Jalatlaco. Zocalo, The botanical gardens, Cultural Museum, Santo Domingo de Guzman Cathedral as well as highly recommended restaurants, cafes and bakeries. We would highly recommend staying at this apartment

For those that only read the first line of reviews , simply put we found this home perfect. Now if you are still reading we will tell you that the attention we received from our host was top notch. Constanza and Clara communicated through the app so well . When we wanted a more personal communication they meet us face to face. . We learned so much about the culture of the city and some spots we would never of found in a guide book or google searches. The home itself was as described and the plants throughout the courtyard were beautiful and soothing. Picking this location for your trip is something you will not regret

This place was perfect. Walkable distance to Santo Domingo and the Zocalo. The hosts were responsive and extremely helpful. I definitely recommend staying here and we probably will when we come to Oaxaca again.

Really clean apartment, great location and incredibly helpful host! Gave us plenty of recommendations and even helped us book a taxi to the airport on the morning of our departure. Equipped with everything we needed, even purified water which was good for us as tourists to the country. Couldn’t recommend enough!

An excellent place to stay for a few days, accessible and the area is very quiet. The room where we stayed was very good for a couple with everything you need to stay for a few days. Communication with the host is excellent, he answers you at all times and very kind. Simply an excellent place to visit Oaxaca and its surroundings. I would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed this place so much that I was happy to extend my stay! The views are incredible and the terrace is such a dreamy spot. Great location a little out of the centre of town. Would recommend to anyone.
