The delightful Santa Rita unit boasts a second-story balcony overlooking downtown, a fireplace, a well-appointed kitchen, rustic-chic decor, and a central location perfect for exploring the sights of Santa Fe. A plethora of world-class restaurants, galleries, museums, and local attractions are within a short walk. ***Please note if travelling with a larger group, consider renting additional adjacent or one of the other 8 units at the complex - all units are now managed and maintained in-house with limited on-site staff, not through an off-site management company.** LIVING AREA After a day in town or on the ski slopes, retreat to the open living area, furnished with a sleeper sofa, 42” smart TV, and wood-burning fireplace. The chimney flues are open during that time and then closed after the season. OUTDOOR AREA Enjoy a nightcap on your private balcony, furnished with seating for four. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, local TV channels through satellite, Roku streaming, firewood, coffee, and a shared on-site laundry facility with an ice maker (free of charge) are provided. Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the on-site parking area. Electric car chargers for Tesla and universal vehicles (free of charge) under the covered parking area. This second-story condo requires one flight of stairs to access. Elevators are not available. Located less than a mile from Balloon Fiesta Park, this lovely North Valley home features vigas, saltillo tile and plenty of outdoor space, including a covered. There is a spacious living room and open kitchen with high end appliances. The separate laundry room has a washer and dryer that guests may use free of charge. Updated again this Fall- Bedroom 1 now has a four poster queen bed, living room has leather recliner seating, dining room can seat 8 and new landscaping will be completed by Oct 1
