One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

10 min from Lago di Braies

The apartment is located 2 km from the village center of Monguelfo, within a recently renovated old farmhouse. In the winter, it is a great location for cross-country and downhill skiing enthusiasts. 5 minutes from the Val di Casies loop and the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco. 15 minutes from the ski lifts of Plan de Corones and Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 minutes you will reach Lago di Braies and Dobbiaco, in 15 minutes San Candido and Valdaora, and in 20 minutes Brunico.

Confolia 3 Apartment, ground floor

Situated in La Valle, on a hillside overlooking the mountain panorama as well as the valley, the apartment Confolia 3 is located in a typical alpine residential house. The rustic holiday apartment consists of a cosy kitchen with dining table and corner seat, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi as well as a TV and if requested in advance, a cot and also a high chair for children are also available (for free).

Our farm is located on a lovely sunny plateau just above the holiday village Taisten, amidst untouched nature and with stunning panoramic views of the majestic Dolomites. Spending your holiday here means escaping the rush of everyday life and allowing your soul to breathe: having time, feeling the openness, rediscovering your own rhythm. An alpine farmhouse built in traditional style, cozy and equipped with every comfort – surrounded by meadows, animals in the barn, and mountain pastures within easy reach. The church, local inn, and village center are just a two-minute walk away. The Kuhnehof is waiting to be discovered by you.

Flat 70m², 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, infrared cabin

Our farm, Unterweckerlerhof, is located at the entrance of St. Magdalena in the valley Gsiesertal, close to our mixed forest. From the balcony you can often watch various wild animals such as deer or hares scurrying out of the forest to graze. Enjoy the impressive chirping of birds while you relax on the lawn at the farm, let the farmers advise you about hiking possibilities or inquire about the numerous ski tour possibilities in the village.

Wellness/sauna in Gsiestal / Valley of the Alpine Huts

Here is the newly equipped and renovated apartment with a large wellness area. The 2-room apartment is divided into a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining area with a sofa bed for 2 people and a fully equipped kitchen. A covered parking space is available for your car. The large south balcony offers you a view of the romantic Gsieser - Tal as well as the foothills of the Dolomites. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth box are also at your disposal.

Apartment Ostwind con sauna privata (Grieshof am Pühel)

Attic apartment almost entirely covered with antique wood and traditionally furnished, equipped with a living area with a large sofa bed and smart TV, dining table, kitchen equipped with all the main appliances including oven and dishwasher. The apartment's strengths are the spacious east-facing balcony overlooking Santa Maddalena, to enjoy the morning sun in front of a nice breakfast, and the brand new private sauna in pine wood.

Schnelles Wlan (Glasfaser) und Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Beim Hoferhof Gsies beginnt die Erholung schon bei der Anfahrt durch das Gsieser Tal. Die Ruhe und gute Luft sowie gleichzeitig vielfältige Freizeit-, Sport- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten machen Ihren Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof zu jeder Jahreszeit zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Haustiere sind aus Rücksicht auf unsere nächsten Gäste nur nach Absprache erlaubt.
