Beachfront holiday rental in Santa Maria di Castellabate

I spend two days at the camping Apollo to visit the beautiful ruins of Paestum. The site is an old fashioned camping. My bungalow was nice. But most of all was the staff very friendly and attentive. We had lovely chats !

It has an incredible view, just a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants in Minori. Perfect place to stay when visiting Amalfi coast, away from barrage of day tourists but still plenty to do. Giorgio was friendly and responsive throughout our stay, helpful with checkin, finding a parking spot for our car, local recommendations, etc. Good basic accommodation. We slept well.

Monica and Flavio were the most incredible hosts!! Beginning with Monica, she did an amazing job communicating with us in such a timely fashion that it made everything seamless. Moving on to Flavio and his wife, they are the definition of Italian hospitality, providing treats, espresso, and even home-grown lemons. We loved our stay in Minori and will definitely be back because we miss it already :)

The property was as advertised, and was amazing, the view was like a dream, the host Pietro/Giorgia were amazing and very responsive, specially in regards to suggestions, and referrals for many services. As advertised 250 steps to go down and up, however it was worth every single step for the view and privacy. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Beautiful place surrounded by nature, with an amazing view and super close to a great beach with lovely beach bars. House super modern with nice bathroom, kitchen, terrace and outdoor shower. Trains passed by from time to time but didn’t bother us much at all. Thanks to Luca and his mother for hosting us!

The Trekking Lovers apartment was just as we expected, lots of steps, but absolutely worth it for the view and the peaceful location! (You can’t go far on the Amalfi coast without climbing steps!) Communication was super easy and we were provided with lots of help and information. We requested the porter service for our 3 big bags which was arranged promptly. We were met at the port in a golf buggy and taken on a mini tour of the town before being dropped off above the apartment, with our bags carried for us. (€30) We loved our stay in Minori, it is a much smaller, quieter town than Amalfi or Positano, which, though worth visiting, were very busy. The ferry service between the towns is cheap and reliable, the buses, although they ran on time, were a bit scary!

Lole’s apartment was very clean and felt very new. Very secure. Tastefully decorated with matching blue & white in bedroom, kitchen & Bathroom. Beautifully tiled throughout, with access directly to the pool from the living room. Large sofa & TV (not watched), with good off road parking & easy walking distance to the beach. Lole & family were very kind & helpful. Very interesting area with the temples in Paestum. Easy drivable distance to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Mount Vesuvius & the Amalfi Coast! So lots to see & do, as well a beautiful beach. Definitely recommend & would return again.

Edri Beach House was everything we'd hoped for, and was as beautiful as it looks in the photos. The welcome basket of fruit and box of chocolates were a generous touch and greatly appreciated. The pool and outside area were absolutely stunning - it was secluded and peaceful, extremely well maintained, with the barbeque an added bonus. We could have easily spent all our time here. Inside was immaculately clean, and contained all the essentials needed for a family stay, and we felt right at home. Raimondo was an excellent host - he was extremely friendly, helpful and gave several recommendations for things to see and do in the area, including answering questions before and during our visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We had an amazing stay here, and didn't want to leave - it is a perfect base to explore the Amalfi Coast, and we'd recommend without hesitation. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Jamiles home! From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming and kind ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property itself was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials for traveling with young kids. The location couldn’t have been better!!! and the sunsets incredible... We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you for making our family feel so comfortable! We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay, highly recommend! It's a stunning location, pictures do not do this place justice. It was a great private and peaceful space to escape the crowds after our day trips to other areas of the coast. The apartment is a bit outside of town so you'll need to walk along a busier road or arrange transportation, which the host will gladly help with. We never had issues getting anywhere we wanted to go. The interior of the apartment was very clean, nice, and well equipped. We really loved the private pool and spent a lot of time relaxing, swimming, and taking in the wonderful views! Our kids would have spent the entire trip out there if we let them! We also enjoyed spending time on the balcony, you have a full view of the sea and surrounding area, it's all very beautiful while you're having your morning coffee. Giorgia was also the BEST host, very proactive and went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed.

I would highly recommend this apartment. The host was very friendly and responsive. Plus the location is fabulous. There’s a market less than a block away and many great restaurants all within a short walk.

Roby was an extremely helpful host from the very beginning of my communication with her before arrival and this continued on throughout our stay. Roby was always very clear about what was possible during our stay and what was available in the community that we might need including restaurants, nearby, beach, beaches, and trips outside to Vineyards, etc. I found Roby to always be cordial, friendly, reliable and straightforward in her assistance. Roby and the caretaker and breakfast manager, Tony, worked extremely well together. They were an excellent team!

Great location on Minori!

Lovely, clean, welcoming space with a friendly and responsive host. Private pool area was particularly nice. The grounds were very well maintained and the room was spotless and spacious. Lots to do in the immediate area on the hotel grounds and private beach opposite, we basically had the beach to ourselves the whole time! The only downside was the location being quite far away from any hot spots but it helped having a car and the hotel also arranges a shuttle bus if needed. Would have been good to be in walking distance of a supermarket but it was fine with a car. Overall lovely stay, quiet and relaxing. Thank you!

This was an amazing place to stay. Mario greeted us upon arrival and checked us in. The apartment was as described with a fantastic rooftop view. Lots of shops and restaurants right outside the door. Ferry is a short 5 minute walk away. I would recommend this apartment and would book here again when visiting the Amalfi Coast.

Absolutely perfect. Watching the sunset every night from the roof top of Dino's place was surreal! The neighbours were very friendly! The beach is a short walk away and is easily the nicest beach in the area. I would highly recommend the boat tour around the Palinuro coast with Cilento boat company! There are also many nice restaurants and grocery stores within driving distance. The mobile data connection from the house is excellent.

A genuine home from home. Many extras provided- wine, water, milk, tomatoes, bread etc. Beautiful location steps from restaurants. Definitely the place to stay on the Amalfi coast, unspoilt and much cheaper than Amalfi itself. Apartment is close to Sita bus stop but 0.75 mile from ferry. Suggest use bus to come to resort and ferry to leave if arriving via Salerno. Irene our host was invaluable after our train unexpectedly ended in Rome- she was constantly looking out for us and kept us calm during a very stressful journey. I cannot recommend this place highly enough in fact I wish it was our holiday home. We didn’t want to leave. 10/10

Accommodation, small but comfortable, perfect for two or three people…located in front of the sea in an excellent location…about fifteen minutes walk from the center of Agropoli… the parking space made available is very important, given the difficulty of finding parking, almost everything is paid…We were welcomed by Ann with kindness, providing us with cookies, snacks, fruit juices for breakfast…..Everything perfect thank you very much…..

We had an amazing time at this air bnb! It is just like the pictures and the terrace is just truly incredible. We spent a lot of time just relaxing and taking in the views there. So walkable to all restaurants and bars, beach clubs, and the dock where the ferry comes in. The hosts were so responsive and helpful with local recommendations. 10/10 would stay again and we hope to come back one day!

Beautiful apartment, very clean and modern. Bathroom was nice and big. Bed comfortable and location perfect for the beach 3 minutes walk. Host was very respectful and friendly.

I stayed here for 1 month with my partner, we worked remotely and explored the town. The Airbnb was great, it’s exactly as the photos display and Giovanna was brilliant host. She went above and beyond to make us feel accommodated and at home.

We had a great time in Minori, small fishing village with very friendly locals and great food. Greta's place was a great size for two of us and really close to center oc town. It was cute and very welcoming. She gave us great information and tips. Greta was always available. Her porter was super friendly, giving us a quick tour and handled our luggage when we arrived. Just be prepared for lots of steps/hills and noise. The apartment is on the curve of a main road so you will hear lots of honking, which they do as a warning signal to other drivers and those walking. We would love to come stay here again!
