An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Beautiful two-room apartment in a rustic 16th century building just restored. It's very quiet-you walk to a short path. The house is located in the center of the ancient medieval village of Rivoira, next to the community's wood-burning oven and near the old fire pit for the squeezing of grapes. The town is located at an altitude of about 500 meters at the entrance of Valle Vigezzo, and the building overlooks the beautiful Ossola valley, in front of Moncucco and Domobianca.

The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed. "... if they're not crazy, we don't want them...". We are located in a remote and quiet street of the Mombello di Laveno Hamlet, 3 km from the lake, but we overlook it from the hill with a beautiful view. The apartment is small but very cozy. As of April 1, 2023, there is a tourist tax. The cost is €1.50 (per night, per person) for a maximum of 7 days. Children under 14 are excluded.
