Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Santa-Maria-Poggio

We had a fantastic 4 weeks in Christophe and his wife's house. We were spoiled with Corsican delicacies as a welcome and received great tips regarding Corsican restaurants. We had a very nice evening in one of them. In the mountains around Bastia, nature is wild and rugged. But it is also very beautiful there and everything from fireflies to dogs and cats can be found there. The people in the region are very nice and friendly. Thanks to Christophe and his wife for letting us experience this. We're coming back to Corsica!

The place is simply beautiful, even more beautiful than in the photos. Quiet, well-appointed, it's the perfect place to relax. The private pool is a real gem: clean, private and perfect for enjoying the stay. We loved our (too) short stay here. I recommend it without hesitating! The host was very welcoming and responsive. Beautiful villa, everything is thought out to the detail, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Florian is always available for any question. Not the most picturesque beach within walking distance, but if you have a car this is not a problem, there are many beautiful places nearby. Great cost for money.

Second stay at Ketty's. We have always enjoyed the calm of the residence, its security and its environment. The apartment is as advertised, very cozy, the air conditioning is a real plus (even in June!). It is family-friendly, equipped ++ for children! Convenience store and bakery a few minutes walk away. Same for access to Prunete beach: a few minutes' walk I recommend it without hesitation and will not hesitate to come back! Thank you Ketty!!

We had small bugs on arrival, but Mélanie was responsive and the concierge intervened quickly, so no problem! The residence is indeed very well maintained, clean, beautiful (note that lawns are prohibited but there is the beach and a children's park in front of the residence). The proximity of the pool (clean, with a large paddling pool for children), and the beach (small beach poorly maintained) are really royal. The accommodation is clean, pleasant and well-equipped. Exactly what we needed with our two children who are almost 2 years old!

Beautiful apartment! Beautiful mountain view of the sea. We didn't spend much time there, but everything we needed was within reach. We really enjoyed the decor. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful renovated and comfortable accommodation. We found everything we needed and more. David is a really good host. We were not bored: near the sea trips of St Florent, beautiful terrace for meals and... 10 minutes walk from an excellent vineyard.

We stayed one night at the Milano studio. Everything was perfect! The owners are very welcoming and responsive in exchanges. The accommodation is spacious and clean. The views are beautiful. We strongly recommend!

The beautifully furnished accommodation is fantastically located directly by the sea. It's worth taking a look out the window at sunrise. We also loved having our own access to a rocky bathing bay - a dream. Water shoes are useful for the small descent. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

I stayed in this studio for 5 weeks!! It was perfect, it had everything you needed in the apartment. Regarding the place, it is close to many shops, such as supermarkets, bakeries, Corsican grocery stores, and also close to Bastia. I recommend it:)

Laurent is a great landlord. We were not only able to check in earlier, but were also greeted with Corsican delicacies. The apartment itself is beautiful, you feel immediately comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much. The small garden oasis is truly fantastic. We had a great time at this place. It matches the photos well. The apartment is extremely clean, well-equipped and functional. A parking space is located in front. The accommodation is located on the property of Gabrielle & her partner, who are lovely, responsive hosts. They gave us a warm welcome. They gave us recommendations for walks in the area. Well located accommodation for many hikes in Cap Corse. The beach is not too far either. We're holding this property.

We had a very good stay, the accommodation is spacious and very well equipped. We particularly appreciated the brightness and the superb view between mountain and sea. A real pleasure to be in the middle of nature, in a quiet setting, with access to the coast or the surrounding villages within a very reasonable time... Family residence by the sea. The accommodations are cozy and clean, as well as equipped with everything you need. Françoise is super kind and helpful. She promptly resolved a Wi-Fi issue, making our stay very comfortable. The washing area, with free washing machine and ironing board is a real plus. Also convenient is the small barbecue with which each apartment is provided, for a quick summer grill. Then you can breathe a serene and festive climate that makes everything even more friendly and enjoyable. Absolutely recommended

We had a great time. The apartment was super clean, tastefully furnished and nothing was missing! Beautiful view of the sea, quiet location and the beach is within walking distance. The area can be easily explored by car. Isabelle was very nice and always available. We can recommend the accommodation, even with a dog.
