The enclosed garden has ample parking space for car or bike. Next us stop 100 m from our house. Please note that our house is quit simple, so don't expect anything above price level. we had a wonderful time in the apartment. directly opposite you can go swimming and in front of the house is a parking space. the bathroom is nice and bright and in the apartment there is everything you need. a same problem with the water was fixed at lightning speed and the communication with Andrea and Paola was great!:)

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

It was a very nice place with a beautiful view from the living room and 1st bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped/clean and there was all kinds of crockery, glassware, pans and cutlery etc. present. The furniture was also clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern including a nice rain shower. The cot was a little low for our 1.5 year old daughter. Beds were clean and comfortable! The 2nd bedroom on the ground floor also had a nice bed and a clean bathroom. There is also an exit that immediately leads you into an old street. Then it is only 2 streets to walk and you are at the lake! The only disadvantage was the lack of air conditioning when sleeping, especially since it was 30 degrees all week. Contact with Gabriele was quick and pleasant. We had a few power outages, but he was immediately available with advice. The area was also nice and quiet, with a small shop just next door and a few good restaurants. Top stay!

The house is charming and comfortable, ideally located. It is even better and more spacious than the pictures portray. The hosts were very helpful when my son got sick. And they let us know that the train would not be available after a certain date so we could plan our travel back to the airport accordingly. There is no a.c. But we had a fan for every bedroom. All of their recommendations are terrific, especially the closest restaurant, Locanda Cavallino. We ate there twice. And the view…unreal.

Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.
