Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Santa Maria Rezzonico

The accommodation is beautiful - the fantastic view the absolute highlight. The premises are super divided & the house is very charming. Would book again immediately! Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. It's not easy to find a parking spot.

The accommodation has a very nice view of Lake Como, is located in a quiet side street, was very clean and well equipped. Everything was well described and the parking lot nearby was quickly accessible. You should arrive by car. The location near Menaggio was also ideal. The lake is within walking distance and you can swim from the small private beach. Overall, it was a very successful stay for the three of us as a family.

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes by car from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

Difficult to access but worth it as the place is well designed, very quiet and private. The outdoor area is very enjoyable. Great place for a quiet stay.

We were very warmly welcomed by Silvia. Check in was very smooth. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed spending time there. Silvia gave us great tips for the area. The absolute highlight is the balcony and the pool. We will be happy to come back!

Everything was perfect!! The apartment was spacious, well furnished and so comfortable!! Kitchen was well stocked with premier utensils. The location was great to explore the waterfront and beautiful surroundings. We parked in the 30 minute lot at the head of the street to load and unload. The parking pass that he provided for us was a key benefit. We would highly recommend Stefano’s apartment and would surely stay there again.

Giulia’s place looks exactly as it does on line. It is clean and the mattresses are comfy. The air conditioning works well. It is conveniently located with great access to ferries which makes getting around Lake Como easy. Giulia is extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Bellano is quaint and a bit quieter. It is very easy to navigate. Our family had two great meals there. One at Che Pasta, and one and the other at Malanotte which is very authentic Italian cuisine. For breakfast cappuccino and pistachio croissants are amazing at Bar Testori. Overall we had a great experience.

Klod was very welcoming & provided us with lots of details about the area & recommendations. The apartment is in a beautiful location with amazing views & was so peaceful after a days exploring. It is a 30 min walk downhill into town so not for those less able although there is a bus. Loved our time there

What an incredible stay! Michele’s place has everything you need to feel at home, all in an amazing location. There are enough amenities nearby such as the convenience store and 2 restaurants/bars, along with bus stops and even the dock for ferries across the lake. Accommodation located 50 minutes' drive from the city of Como, 15 minutes from Menaggio (starting point to take the boat to visit the different shores of the lake), in a small typical and quiet village. The accommodation matches the descriptions and photos provided by Gianpiero. We found a very clean, well-equipped place (there is really everything you need in terms of dishes and equipment), with a splendid view of the lake. The balcony is really nice. Communication with Gianpiero was excellent. He left us recommendations for typical restaurants (which we tested and enjoyed), the village supermarket, places to visit, and was available and responsive (we arrived at 10:30 p.m. and he immediately replied). We had a great stay and really enjoyed this authentic and quiet place, away from the crowds of tourists. We would highly recommend it.

Incredible stay. Location was perfect - beautiful and quiet. Ferry access in town and garage parking were great amenities. Private dock access was nice - Nicola helped us arrange a boat rental and we were picked up right at the dock. Clean, crib for baby provided. Nicola was very helpful and always available. A few things to note: for grocery store, 15-20 m drive. Trash has to be disposed at public area: 12m walk. Thank you Nicola, we will be back!

Four of us stayed here for only a couple days and were incredibly impressed by the spectacular view of the lake and the surroundings. It looked like out of a travel magazine. The unit itself was quite nice with total upgrades everywhere which were in top condition. If you are driving yourself up the hill to the home be prepared for some fun driving adventures on twisting turning curves that are somewhat narrow. We always had a driver. We could see that it takes some experience to get good at it.

This is a beautiful apartment in a prime location that has a parking spot, but you don't need a car. The apartment is a very short walk to the lake ferry service, the town square and a C10 bus stop. You can walk to Menaggio Piazza Roma Bus station in under 10 minutes if you want to take the bus to Lugano, Switzerland. The apartment is beautiful, with historic decor and modern conveniences and a lovely terrace. You can hear some street noises, but the apartment is very private. Roxana is very easy to communicate with. Thank you Roxana! We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home and even better view of the lake and surround towns. Really what we wanted to get a relaxing yet fun experience. Would definitely come again and highly suggest for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

Frankly, a part from the place which is a little jewel, the calmness of the surroundings, the spectacular lake Como, what we appreciated the most is the kindness and proactivity of our hosts. Wonderful place! 100% would stay again. Easy to park and go. Amazing views and comfortable accommodations. Even had a welcome basket! Local store has wine for $4 and you can grab items for breakfast before you set out. If going downtown get there early for parking. Great dinner spots all over. Elena was the best guide to meet us and get settled in. Amazing flute player as well. We loved our villa in Bellagio!
