Apartment holiday rentals in Santa Marinella

We enjoyed our stay at Luiciana’s place. It’s good location. The beaches are good and very near by. We visited Rome by train, It’s about an hour to Rome Terminus. We could park our car near local train station ( near police station) so do not need to wait for bus. The apartment is good and as described. Nice terrace overlooking Sea.

We had a great stay at Valentina’s apartment. We stayed for 1 week. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The apartment was very clean and everything you need is there for your entire stay. The furnishings are very comfortable and lots of choices for sitting. The view from the living room window was stunning, day and night. The bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep. Valentina communicated very well with us before, during and after. She even allowed us to check in earlier and met us in the piazza to take us to the apartment. She explained everything to us and later sent further information about how to get to the lake, restaurants and other attractions to visit. The information was very useful. The last part-the roof top terrace was very well used by us everyday. Amazing views. Would recommend.

Accogliente, pulito e moderno. L'appartamento è concentrato ma completo di tutto. Letto comodissimo, divano letto comodo nella seduta e per dormire. Una piccola nota: una persona alta oltre 180 cm potrebbe andare scomoda a dormire sul divano (io sono sotto 176 e ci sono stato bene). La posizione è ottimale e strategica. Gli host sono eccezionali, gentilissimi, cortesi e disponibili. Per la nostra piccola famiglia sarà un nuovo punto di riferimento.

Appartamento bellissimo, a 10 min a piedi da Villa d'Este. Claudia è stata gentile e disponibile, consigliatissimo!

Nagyon szép, otthonos volt a lakás. Tisztaság volt és nagyon jól felszerelt a konyha. Az erkély nagyon hangulatos, jól jár kint a levegő. A környék csendes, békés, privát volt. Közel van a tengerparthoz a szállás és Róma jól megközelíthető vonattal. A házigazda kedves volt és minden rendben ment.

We found the perfect rental in Anguillara Sabazia. This home is even more lovely in person. We had everything we needed. The views from the balcony are amazing.

Sergio was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He gave clear instructions at all times, responded quickly with great recommendations for places to visit, and made sure everything was smooth. The place was clean, had a great atmosphere, and truly had all the accommodations we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Alex's apartment is extremely comfortable, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a nice sitting/dining room and three terraces on two levels. The photos are very accurate. To enjoy breakfast outside was a real pleasure each morning. The beds were very comfortable, and two shower rooms recently renovated. There was plenty of space for four adults. We knew the area from prior visits, and it is a little removed from the beaches of Santa Severa, being located in a typical residential zone. On-street parking was always available, and the building felt secure. For us, it was an excellent base to visit local friends and travel by train into Rome from the nearby rail station. Alex is extremely helpful and very communicative. We did not have the opportunity to meet, though she was responsive at all times. We would definitely return.

It’s a beautiful apartment with a proactive hosting team. The apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and rooms are nicely furnished. We reported some issue late night, and it was fixed right next day during the hours that we were out. We would stay here again next time we go to Rome. I highly recommend this apartment.

She was super friendly and understandable, she met us at the gate and let us inside. She took care of everything for us and gave great recommendations of how to get to the cruise ship from her place. It was about a five minute walk to the train/bus station that take you to the boat.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting or hopping on a cruise like we did. It is only about a 5 minute walk from where the cruise busses pick you up (easy to lug large suitcases there). The house was clean and perfect for the night we needed. Aurelio was so kind and helpful, from picking us up from the airport in Rome to pointing out his favorite restaurants, he was very gracious and we couldn’t have done it without him!! We even booked it again to stay for a night after our cruise!!!

Super flat right overlooking the sea. Little balcony to sit and watch the waves. Right near train station to be able to go to Rome for a day. Promenade below had lots of nice little restaurants and a flat walk into the town centre. Flat quiet with windows closed, even at very busy time. All very well organised and clean, with a helpful host. As a solo traveller I felt safe. Ideal stopover a few days before embarking on cruise . Taxis for port from station needs to be thought through ahead . Best book your transfer/shuttle bus possible .- highly recommend this flat.

El apartamento de Alessia es más hermoso de lo que se ve en las fotos. El edificio es nuevo y tiene un ascensor grande. Las camas son cómodas, tiene un balcón gigante y es un lugar silencioso al lado de la playa. Alessia es una gran anfitriona y nos ayudó con preguntas referentes al lugar. Sin duda un apartamento recomendable.

An unforgettable Roman stay with unbeatable views! This apartment was such a hidden gem! The location couldn’t be more perfect just steps away from the Roman Forum, the Colosseum, and so many must see sights. Waking up to the views of ancient Rome from the balcony felt unreal ! Francesca was incredibly accommodating, helping with flexible check-in and offering useful info about the area. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, and full of charm a great mix of historic character and modern comfort. We especially appreciated the strong WiFi, comfy bed, and fully equipped kitchen. Would absolutely stay here again. If you’re coming to Rome and want to feel immersed in its beauty and history, this is the spot!

Soggiorno perfetto con jacuzzi romantico! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati davvero ben. La casa pulitissima e curata nei dettagli, con un’atmosfera accogliente. La vasca idromassaggio è stata il punto forte: spaziosa, ben funzionante e incredibilmente rilassante, perfetta per un momento di coccole. Adorabile anche la TV orientabile, comoda sia dal letto che dalla vasca, ideale per serate cinema senza sacrificare il comfort. Il balconcino è stato una piacevole sorpresa, soprattutto per chi ama una pausa sigaretta senza dover scendere. Il letto era comodissimo e il parcheggio facile da trovare. Consigliatissimo per coppie che cercano relax e un tocco di romanticismo! Torneremo sicuramente. 🌟

Stefano’s place is lovely, loads of space and everything you need. Lots of places to eat close by and the metro just a short walk away to take you right into the centre of the City, literally a few stops away. The outdoor area is just perfect and a great way to relax after a busy day! Stefano was always quick to respond on everything before & during our stay. Would highly recommend a stay here if visiting Rome.

The location of this AirBnB is perfect. It’s on a quiet side street in manageable walking distance from everything. The street and surroundings was extremely charming. The Airbnb was exactly as expected and extremely clean. The only thing I’d recommend is providing more toilet paper (LOL). We would return on another trip to Rome!!

Our stay at this Airbnb villa from June 11th to 14th, 2025, was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was simply five-star. The Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain – everything was easily accessible on foot, which saved us so much time and hassle. They were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay. E' stato un soggiorno confortevole l'appartamento e' dotato di tutto e Sara disponibile e presente. Abbiamo solo creato un disguido chiudendo la porta d'ingresso sbadatamente e lasciando le chiavi all'interno.. non era più possibile rientrare ci dispiace
