You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! It is less than 100 feet to all the action at Ventura Harbor Village with restaurants, live music, shops, wine tasting, famous ice cream shop, a gorgeous beach, and more!

A private, sustainable off the grid getaway, the Ranch has two spring fed ponds and a creek running through it. Interact with a wide variety of farm animals and experience abundant wildlife. Guests are provided a jeep to explore the majestic hills and the scenic 200-acre grounds.

Extra Large studio apartment in a hillside home. NO TELEVISION SET Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.). Located in the picturesque town of Santa Paula, 15 miles to Ojai and 17 miles to Ventura. I live in on the top floor of the home though there is ample privacy between the units and separate, private entrances. Full use of the pool. I do my best to let guests have the pool to themselves. NOTE: BED IS ON THE SOFT SIDE
