This accommodation is perfectly in line with the description – impeccably clean, well-equipped and ideally located. The terrace and pool are real extras. Our host was friendly, responsive and available. A perfect experience in every way, we will be happy to come back.

The apartment was great, just as Yolanda described it, and clean. She left us bottles of water, which was great. It is conveniently located, close to the beach and downtown. Yolanda was very nice. We had a great time, just like at home. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed this house a lot. It was well located within the urbanization with common areas (nicely designed pool areas, playground, etc.) just across the street and parking just outside. Short walking distance to a small grocery store and bakery/cafe right outside the gate of the urbanization. For us with two small children, the private fenced outdoor area was especially suitable. Other necessities for the children who were there were two good high chairs with tables and two cots with good bottoms and mattresses. For the children, we missed a changing table and stool(s) to get up to the toilet and wash, but we bought these cheaply at the local market and in a China shop, respectively. Otherwise, a well-equipped kitchen and nice dining area outside. Otherwise, we especially liked that it seemed well cleaned everywhere in the house and also what we experienced as a focus on cleanliness by the hosts. Both Hakan and Yesim were very nice and easy to communicate with. We had the most contact with Yesim, who responded quickly to the few questions we had. Personal follow-up check-in/check-out.

The hosts are very welcoming and available. The apartment fits perfectly with the description, great in terms of cleanliness. Good location, about 20 min drive from the center of Alicante. We had a good stay at this accommodation, we recommend it.

The place was optimal for us as a family. Not far from the beach, you have everything you need and within walking distance there are great restaurants. Luciana was cooperative as a host and accommodated our problem - construction site in front of the door.

Miguel is a very friendly man. Was ready at the accommodation and showed and explained everything. Very polite and made time for us. Helped us get back to the airport. Top accommodation and very nice and clean apartment.

Uncomplicated and easy. Great recommendations of local restaurants and activities. Close to beaches and supermarket. No noisy bars near by. Host very helpful and responded very quickly if I had any questions.

A perfect place to stay whilst exporing Costa Blanca. A tram stop in 2 mins walk. Extremely clean apartment with stunning views and the perfect balcony to gaze out from. We arrived earlier than expected but our host was extremely accomodating. I would heartily recommend this apartment for a stay.

Beautifully clean apartment. Located in the harbour area with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Manolo was always on hand to answer questions. We had a great time and would happily return.

Super friendly host. Very responsive. Had an issue (which turned out to be batteries😂) and Ana was straight over. Very close to all amenities and beaches. Very close the restaurants. Lovely quiet area but yet only 5 minute walk to pier. Ana even provided beach towels and umbrella which was amazing and buckets and shovels for my kid. Looking forward to staying again.

This was one of the best stays ever. We stayed here for 1 week: me, my husband and our 8-month-old baby. And we absolutely loved it! The place is spacious, clean and tidy. The balcony is so useful and big. The house has everything you need. It’s so good that the apartment is by the beach. There’s a snack bar on the beach so it’s so handy. The pool is clean. The only thing that was a bit hard is that the closest grocery store is around 15-20 minutes walk but that is it. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay overall. The apartment is very well located — close to Mercadona, the beach, and in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would happily recommend!

Francisco Javier's place in Santa Pola was everything we expected and more. The place is very well located in a quiet but strategic area. Everything was just a few minutes walk away, the supermarket, restaurants, the beach, the park, and we always managed to park for free on the street. The building in general is very safe and very well furnished, with an elevator. And the other residents of the building are very quiet and you can rest peacefully. The beds are very comfortable. I really appreciated the stainless steel pots for cooking. The kitchen is spacious and very well lit. We traveled with our two small children and both felt very comfortable. It's safe for children to play. Thanks to the air conditioner we were able to regulate the temperature to our liking. Overall the cleanliness was a 10. The apartment smelled very good and fresh air was always available. Everything was really pristine. Francisco and his wife were great hosts! 100% recommended!!

A perfect stay on all sides From the moment I arrived, everything was amazing. The hosts were super friendly, attentive and always available for any questions or needs. The house was impeccably clean, with attention to detail that is noticeable from the first moment. In addition, the aroma of the place was simply enchanting, something that made the experience even more welcoming. After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Amazing stay at Manuels apartment Everything was perfect Manuel and his wife go above and beyond for you I managed to get lost and he got me back safely I would highly reccomend a stay here I will definately be back!

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. A big plus with a paddle court and pool on the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!
