This accommodation is perfectly in line with the description – impeccably clean, well-equipped and ideally located. The terrace and pool are real extras. Our host was friendly, responsive and available. A perfect experience in every way, we will be happy to come back.

The apartment was great, just as Yolanda described it, and clean. She left us bottles of water, which was great. It is conveniently located, close to the beach and downtown. Yolanda was very nice. We had a great time, just like at home. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed this house a lot. It was well located within the urbanization with common areas (nicely designed pool areas, playground, etc.) just across the street and parking just outside. Short walking distance to a small grocery store and bakery/cafe right outside the gate of the urbanization. For us with two small children, the private fenced outdoor area was especially suitable. Other necessities for the children who were there were two good high chairs with tables and two cots with good bottoms and mattresses. For the children, we missed a changing table and stool(s) to get up to the toilet and wash, but we bought these cheaply at the local market and in a China shop, respectively. Otherwise, a well-equipped kitchen and nice dining area outside. Otherwise, we especially liked that it seemed well cleaned everywhere in the house and also what we experienced as a focus on cleanliness by the hosts. Both Hakan and Yesim were very nice and easy to communicate with. We had the most contact with Yesim, who responded quickly to the few questions we had. Personal follow-up check-in/check-out.

The hosts are very welcoming and available. The apartment fits perfectly with the description, great in terms of cleanliness. Good location, about 20 min drive from the center of Alicante. We had a good stay at this accommodation, we recommend it.

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

The place was optimal for us as a family. Not far from the beach, you have everything you need and within walking distance there are great restaurants. Luciana was cooperative as a host and accommodated our problem - construction site in front of the door.

Miguel is a very friendly man. Was ready at the accommodation and showed and explained everything. Very polite and made time for us. Helped us get back to the airport. Top accommodation and very nice and clean apartment.

Antonio's place was just perfect for us. We were 5 , a family and 2 sinfle person...the 3 rooms just fitted us perfectly. everything was really clean and fully equipped! What we needed was also in walkable distance and the view from the balcony is amazing. Antonio is very friendly and aleays reachable!

We had a wonderful 6 days in this incredible apartment! Perfect location to explore Alicante, particularly as there’s a tram stop a couple of minutes walk away, as well as a beach to pop to for a morning dip! The apartment is even lovelier than in the photos and we loved spending time there (and in the hot tub on the roof terrace) looking out at the beautiful sea and mountain view.s. Communication with the hosts was excellent and we felt very well looked after. Thank you so much.

We've been very comfortable in this home. Josefina was very kind and approachable and showed us the house with all the details. The location is very good and the house is cozy, comfortable and very clean. It was a good experience for us and I would definitely recommend it.

Great place, nice location, cool host

This was our 4th time staying and once again couldn't fault it. Ruben is always very friendly and helpful. Our flight was delayed getting there, then the car hire took a very long time so we arrived very late, keeping him informed was very easy as he responds to messages very quickly. We will be back next year :)

Super friendly host. Very responsive. Had an issue (which turned out to be batteries😂) and Ana was straight over. Very close to all amenities and beaches. Very close the restaurants. Lovely quiet area but yet only 5 minute walk to pier. Ana even provided beach towels and umbrella which was amazing and buckets and shovels for my kid. Looking forward to staying again.

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Amazing stay at Manuels apartment Everything was perfect Manuel and his wife go above and beyond for you I managed to get lost and he got me back safely I would highly reccomend a stay here I will definately be back!

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀

It was great for a getaway with friends. The location of the apartment offers you a perfect view of the sea at all times of the day. The kitchen ready for cooking with enough dishes cat for 12. Besides the wonderful location of the property the manager Alena made our stay unforgettable. She was attentive to give us a different recommendation daily, helped us with transportation from the airport and made sure everything was always right. Thanks for everything! If I were to add something it would be the lack of an AC in the days when the heat will be higher.

We recommend Carmen's apartment, she is a very responsive, kind and friendly host by message. Thanks so much for the bottle of wine! The apartment is super well located in the city center, everything is done on foot. The C6 bus to or from the airport is just a few meters away, on the Plaza de los Luceros, except during the Saint-Jean bonfires, when it is taken from the port. The tram is also in Luceros, it is very convenient to go to San Juan beach for example. If you want to participate in this party, it is ideally located because there are entertainment on this square as well as in the avenue Frederico Soto, at the foot of the building, with music. There are many shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as the port. The apartment is clean, very convenient, well-equipped and as described. The view of the port and the city is very appreciable. We had a great time! Thank you so much!

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. A big plus with a paddle court and pool on the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!
