Monthly Rentals in Santa Rosa Beach

This was absolutely what we needed. It was perfect. My daughter and I wanted a simple beach vacation and this location provided that. The condo was clean and they really thought of everything. There was a welcome note, sanitized toilet wrap, covered remotes, additional toiletries in case you forgot anything, snacks, and a guide for your stay. The bed was comfortable. Andrew reached out to me first to let me know when I could check in and messaged me on my departure. He was also very communicative about anything I needed to know about the location. There was access to beach umbrellas and chairs and the access to the beach was less than 5min. It was perfect. Thank you! Will absolutely be back.

Cabana 30Ahhhh (303) was just as described. The condo was super clean and comfy and located in the heart of Gulf Place area. The bed slept very comfortable and the added box fan gave the white noise we were used to at home. Nice layout and Condo was decorated nice and had full size appliances in the kitchen. Swimming pool area was nice and refreshing along with a hot tub beside it. We ate dinner at Shelby’s one night (had great live music)and Shunk Gulley (best Key Lime Pie)another night-and both were walking distance from the condo and were delish! Our fav was Goatfeathers (coconut shrimp and Grouper were awesome!) Seafood Restaurant. 2 private Beach access gates were located right across the street from the condo-a short walking distance. There are some steep stairs you have to navigate going down to the beach. Beach service (added fee) was handled through 30A Beach Service and had us setup each day. Will be back!

This condo is perfectly located near public beach access in a quieter, less crowded part of 30-A. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here. Great space for a couple or small group. Easy access to restaurants in Seagrove, as well as being conveniently located between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.
