Pool was amazing!! House was beautiful and very kid friendly even had high chairs and a pack and play for our daughter! The outdoor screen was a great hit with the kids!! She even reached out and let us check out around 5 so we could enjoy more of our stay! Will visit again had an amazing time!!

The house is beautiful. A great place for 5-8 couples. You’ll need to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels as well laundry and dishwasher pods but knowing that you’re ahead of the game. There is no house surround sound like the photos show so bring speakers. Make sure the pool and spa heater work right when you get there. The golf cart is awesome and gets you to the beach. The beds were comfy! We loved it and would rent again for sure!

I want our family vacation to be something that each one of us will always remember. We definitely had the best time ever! ❤️ It was worth the investment in our time and money! The house is up-to-date and beautifully decorated. It’s also very comfortable, exciting and felt very blessed to be a part of. When planning your vacation, carefully look at all the pictures and read the descriptions. You will not be disappointed. You will get everything as promised plus some. It’s just a few steps to the beach, so you will go several times throughout the day. Most amazing view ever. Did not plan on doing a cookout, but could not resist trying out the grill. The large Patio overlooks the ocean and beach. Patio furniture is very comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. No need to go grocery shopping. Used Publix twice and it was delivered less than an hour or so. No worries about entertaining everyone. The house and the area provides something for everyone! an hour or so. tak

Great having the golf cart to cruise around. Easy beach access within a few minutes drive with golf cart and great nearby restaurants. Cute little town and beautiful beaches.

This home was the perfect getaway for my family’s beach trip! We loved that it was right off 30A and close to the beach. There were great restaurants nearby as well. Ali provided great communication and was very helpful when we had questions. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!

Kathy was always quick to respond to questions and gave such good instructions that we didn't have to contact her at all during our stay. 10 out of 10 recommend! We love it there!

We booked this Airbnb for 12 people and it exceeded our expectations! The house is beautiful and we loved the pool and hot tub. The location is conveniently located right down the road from a lot of restaurants and several beach access points. The host, Josh, was very informative and very quick to respond. I highly recommend booking this house for your next group vacation!

Amazing Stay!!! The pool was the best, had lots of sunlight. Had all the amenities you need for a family vacation, kids loves the bunk beds and loft area. The Internet was very spotty only in the evening but other than that everything was great. Would definitely recommend and will be returning soon

Great place to stay when you’re in Destin. Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach (private entrance) as well as several restaurants. Was very close to grocery stores, food, and shopping, but still enough off of the main strip that it felt a bit more secluded. Room was very comfortable and clean. Internet and streaming services for the kiddos in the afternoons as well. We had 3 little ones with us (4 and under) and they had a blast. Was great not to have to load everyone and our gear into the car every time we wanted to head to the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Our family loved our getaway at Current Situation. Plenty of room for everyone. The golf cart was a must for getting to the beach.

Overall, this house made for a terrific vacation spot for my family and me. It was easy to walk to the beach and to local restaurants. In addition, our host was terrific. We had one minor issue beyond his control, and he was proactive and went above and beyond to make things right and ensure our vacation was on track. We would absolutely recommend this house to those looking for a great 30A vacation and would happily stay again. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

Jamie’s home was beautiful, clean, at the best location, and had ample amenities. Every guest was thought of from the babies to the adults. The play area was a huge hit and entertained the kids for hours on rainy days. The golf cart came in handy for going to the beach as well as the beach cart. We also are very appreciative of the beach access instructions because we’ve stayed in this neighborhood before but never knew about the closer public beach access. After our first night there was a storm that knocked out the internet and Frank and Jamie were very responsive and helped us to get it back working quickly. We will be booking again!

The house was amazing. We loved every minute of it and it had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short and had a great grocery store at the end of the road very close to an awesome donut place as well. Our host communicated perfectly, and if there were any issues, she was there to help. The neighborhood is up and coming and can’t wait to see what it’s gonna look like in the next six months to a year. Beautiful house would stay again.

We loved our stay. The place was clean and neat. It had everything you need for cooking. The deck was awesome, with great views of the lake. We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was. Short drive to local restaurants and the beach. James was very helpful with recommendations. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This home was beautiful inside and out! And the golf cart was an awesome plus. This home was stocked with everything, for everyday use! Everything was close, from the beach to restaurants etc. the location was perfect. Our family and I certainly had a great time. The pictures listed don’t do its justice. It is a beautiful home. Scott and Sarah did an awesome job at hosting us! Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was cozy, clean, and perfectly located for exploring 30A. Jacquelyn was an amazing host - super responsive and so helpful with local recommendations. You can tell she really cares about making your stay special. Such a great find - I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We loved the beach access this home provided for our stay. Nice patio that was perfect for our family of four and our dog to enjoy the ocean and sunsets. The beach is not dog friendly but we were able to take him on walks around the neighborhood across the street. Each bedroom having access to its own bathroom was a huge plus and we loved hanging out in the family room together watching movies in the evenings. The kitchen had enough supplies for the cooking we did. We would definitely stay here again.

Let me start with how amazing Andrea and Tres are. They were above and beyond. The house is beautiful. No it’s not on the beach, but you don’t hear traffic nor do you have to worry about anyone other than yourself and guest. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Great place and we really enjoyed the dock

We LOVED our stay. We didn’t eat a single meal inside. The screened in back porch was absolutely amazing even on rainy days. The back porch swing is cozy and comfy. We spent most of our time on the back porch or in the game room if we were at home. The couch inside is very comfortable. We loved the master shower and tub, Great water pressure and very hot water. Beach access was crowded on weekends as to be expected but still had parking even on busier days and was not crowded the week days. Beach access is super easy to get to from house. The golf cart was a life saver. The fenced in backyard was amazing for our pup. Would highly recommend staying here. Hosts are VERY responsive as well.
