Cottage holiday rentals in Santa Rosa Beach

Returning to our favorite Airbnb beach cottage was just as magical as our first visit. The cozy interior, the yard feel, and easy access to the beach make it a perfect getaway. The hosts are incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail is just right. We love the serene atmosphere and can't wait to come back again. Highly recommended!

Daddio’s Cottage was a great place for our family to vacation. The location was amazing, and the porch was perfect! The proximity to the pool and beach was incredible, and it was so peaceful in the community. We were so appreciative of the amenities, including beach chairs on site and a very well stocked kitchen. There were a few minor cleanliness issues that we discussed with the concierge, including stained sheets and someone else’s mouth retainers on the living room floor, as well as large amounts of dust and sand throughout, but overall this was not a deterrent and we’d recommend this cottage in the future. Sydnee was incredibly responsive and helpful during our planning, and we are also so appreciative of that. We have great memories from our week on 30a!

Courtney's place was just perfect for my daughter's Senior Trip! The house was so cute and plenty big for all of us to spread out and relax. The bikes were perfect for the girls to go to and from the beach. It was also very walkable to the beach if you prefer to walk instead. Courtney was very responsive and so helpful, we would stay here again in a heart!

This has been my favorite place to stay so far. It was so clean and very beautiful. The walk to the beach is short and easy. We had an amazing time. The path to the pool and back patio is a vibe!

Molly's Place was perfect! It was only half a block to the public access point for the beach, and it was also very walkable to restaurants, including Destin Commons. The house was spotless and clean when we walked in, and every amenity needed was provided. The owner is always very responsive to messages. This was the second time we stayed, and I would highly recommend Molly's Place.

The cottage was perfect. It was spotless clean when we arrived. Jason was super fast in responding. The location couldn’t have been better. The private access white powder beach was beautiful. The bicycles were a nice touch as we rode them to Aly’s Beach. We didn’t leave without enjoying the pool also. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Elizabeth’s home felt comfortable and she made it simple to find items around the home. We had a great time using the hot tub and the golf cart. I would definitely stay at their home again! Appreciate it!

The house was absolutely beautiful steps away from the Emerald Coast extremely clean. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Carol was a phenomenal host- super kind and responsive - she took care of an issue with a charge from AirBnB super fast! The house was amazing- even cool (great ac! Many places we stay are never cool!)). Everything was super clean and looked great which I’m sure can be challenging when pet friendly! Obviously it’s not super close to the beach so be prepared to rent a golf cart or extra bikes if needed. Bc parking is so difficult at the beach, one person would drop everyone off and then go back to the house and ride one of the bikes back to the beach. It was so nice to have two bikes included as well!

great quant place, very quiet neighbor good not far from beach or attractions, really nice people and very easy check in, highly recommend!

Lauren’s place was good. Their cleaners did not show up between the people checking out the morning we checked in. Lauren offered some solutions and it was taken care of. She reimbursed our cleaning fee and was finding a new cleaner to use. We had an issue with the clothes dryer not drying well and she sent a guy out the next day to fix it. Overall place was as described cute place nice walking distance to a nice part of the beach. I would say it’s in the more quiet part of PCB which having kids with us is a plus. I would stay there again. Just a few minute drive to pier park and close to gas stations and dollar general. Overall good location and nice place. Also the back yard area is great for people with small dogs very private and super cute with the Astro turf and seating.

Isaac and Irena are great hosts. They are super responsive and the couple of minor issues were handled quickly. The cottage is in a great location with short walks to beach and grocery. Being in a neighborhood was great for riding bikes and out of the hustle and bustle of the hotel district but close enough to drive to great restaurants. Price and comfort of the cottage is excellent

Amy was such a hospitable and responsive host. This place felt like home. It was in a perfect location; within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the pool, the beach, while also feeling private and very safe. A drive away you can find Destin and Panama City beach which are full of any activity you can think of; but rosemary keeps you nestled in a private elegant little town. We will 100% be back!

My husband and I enjoyed our month long stay at Maravilla (March 2025). We had a condo (building 1) last year and chose the cottage this year….more privacy, less noise. We had several guests throughout the month and there was plenty of room/space for all. Beautiful kitchen for cooking our meals. Large table to accommodate our guests. Enjoyed time on the back patio as well. Easy walk to pool, pickleball courts and beach. Beach umbrellas and chairs, which are included, are great. Bernadette was quick to respond if we had any concerns or questions throughout our stay. Thank you Bernadette for renting your cottage to us. We’ll be back because we love this area of Florida.

If you are traveling with dogs, Brittany’s place is well worth it! The fenced in backyard is very nice and perfect to sit and relax while you let your dog out. The individual units in the rooms makes it nice to set the temperature at different levels if you have people in your group who are hotter/colder than the others. Brittany is also very responsive and attentive to whatever needs / questions / concerns you may have. A few suggestions would be: - extra blankets (there was none) - an extra chair in the Living Room (there is only enough room for 3 people on the couch) - a small lamp for the Living Room (there is the overhead light & that’s it) - a small curtain for the back door window Overall would absolutely stay here again!!!

We had a wonderfully stay for my niece’s high school graduation. The house worked well for all 3 generations - ages 6 to 81. We enjoyed that it was a short walk to the beautiful beach. It also was as convenient to much that PCB has to offer. I definitely will keep this house in mind for my next visit.

Our stay at the Sea Shanty was wonderful! It was perfect for two adults and a kid. We each had our own bathroom, which were well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The in-unit laundry was so nice to have. The kitchen was very well-equipped as well (but we used the host’s lovely recommendation booklet and opted to eat most meals at multiple restaurants instead!). The unit was very clean, and I’m picky about cleanliness! We also really enjoyed the location. The walk to Whale’s Tail beach access was simple (not to mention parking the car in that lot if we were feeling lazy and/or had a lot of beach stuff). The guys also really enjoyed fishing in Lake Stewart. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay again! My one& only suggestion would be for the outdoor furniture to have covers, as we had showers daily and couldn’t use the furniture on the uncovered patio much as a result. But not a big deal- lounging inside was a joy!

Everything was perfect! We were there for my daughter's softball tournament and this location was perfect. Everything was perfectly clean and set up perfect for our family. Property manager that lives on site is an overall great human! He made sure to ask about our softball games and was just so helpful and friendly, truly a gem of a person. We will absolutely book here next year for this same tournament, if it is available! Loved everything about this place and hosts! Thank you so much! ALL THE STARS!

Nina's place was perfect for our family beach trip. The location/price combo is hard to beat! To get to the beach, there's a super short walk down a quiet residential street, a quick 2-lane road crossing, and then you're right at a public beach entrance, plus there's an additional public beach entrance very nearby. The 2-lane road was not very busy while we were there and gave us no issues with toddlers in tow. The outdoor shower and provided beach towels & toys were much appreciated! The house is very much a cottage but perfectly fine for the purpose (to be at the beach!). We put our 3 year old and 5 year old in the bedroom with two beds (and a TV) while my husband and I took the other bedroom. We would definitely stay here again! For reference, we stayed May 22-25, 2025 and paid ~$894 (w/ tax).

Great place! The house is in a nice neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach. Just a short bike ride to seaside and a ton of restaurant options. The house itself was nice and clean, and we had plenty of space for two adults and four kids.

The cottage was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The bedrooms were beautiful and the beds so comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d ever need. The sitting area has a comfy couch and chair with a Roku TV. The bathroom is beautiful and the towels are 5 star quality. I love the fenced in backyard, the front patio area and being only 2 bocks from the beach is the cherry on top. Mary Lou was a wonderful host and answered our texts immediately. You can just tell she and her husband Keith care about you and would go out of their way to make sure your stay will be perfect. Our stay WAS perfect. 🥰

Great stay and just as described. The outdoor shower comes in handy. Def glad a broom is there and laundry. Comes in handy for all the sand you can collect. Neighbors are super friendly. Loved walking around.

We loved this place! It was so nice and cute! The fenced in yard was perfect for my little ones. Location was perfect for us. My husband was leading a camp at Laguna Beach, so we were able to walk and be involved in camp activities, then come back to this cottage for naps and quiet time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone tagging along to a camp session but wanting your own quiet space.
