When you stay at this centrally-located place, your family will be close to everything. The home is ranch-style and located on the canal in a fast-growing beachy community. Minimum stairs if you walk down to the canal. Take advantage of the local golf course which is minutes from the home. Enjoy the beautiful weather, shopping, and the local beaches (Navarre, Pensacola, and Destin) then come home to relax in your home away from home. We do not host parties or special events. Our recently renovated condo on the first floor has everything you could need. Access to the Gulf of Mexico is directly across the street to sugar-white beach sand and emerald green water. If the gulf doesn’t suit you, enjoy the calm waters of the sound on the opposite side of the island, the beachfront can even be seen from the patio balcony. When you’ve had enough salt for the day, take a dip in the amazing pool at the complex.

The Pool House - Gulf Breeze Hidden Gem

Built in 2020, this guesthouse is located in quite and safe neighborhood. 8 miles to Pensacola beach and 17 miles to Navarre Beach. Completely private with your own driveway and parking area, plus the use of the main house pool, patio and BBQ. Beautiful view of the forest. On a case by case basis we will entertain 6 guest.
