What a gorgeous and comfortable old Victorian house, in a historic neighborhood walking distance from the central part of Pensacola!

The home and yard were spacious, the neighborhood was quiet and my dog loved the large yard!

She was super nice, the place was amazing and super private she provides a lot and gives good recommendations to do. We thought we left things and she was super helpful to look all around for it.

The house was peaceful and in a quiet historic neighborhood. Dick had bikes available for us and even offered a bike tour! The house had plenty of amenities, we didn’t need anything because it was all there! The bedrooms were beautiful and quiet. I highly recommend this house!

Rented for family for my wedding. She Let the party check-in early. Very nice and happy with the place and location.

perfect distance to most stores. We felt very safe and the pool was a perfect touch ti the trip. will definitely stay there again!

Thank you so much for having my kids and I for the weekend. They loved the yard/park area and the creek. Whenever we weren’t out and about all they wanted to do was play in the yard.

This place was wonderful! It was in a great location, just 7 minutes to the beach. Easy to find, very quiet and peaceful! Beautifully decorated with fun colors! Might want to bring paper plates and cups, as there are not alot of dishes, etc. Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Sherri was a great host!

Theresa’s place was great! The space was beautiful and had everything I needed, plus it was nice sitting out on the secluded deck on a summer night. Personalized note and a binder of local info/recommendations was a nice added touch!

Had an amazing my wife loved the location and the size of the place was perfect for just the two of us would totally recommend to any couple that is looking for a nice lil spot for a getaway or vacation.

This is such a charming little place. It’s well furnished to meet your needs. Very comfortable. Jane was an outstanding and very accommodating host.

Mary and Bill’s place was perfect size for myself, my 5 year old and my mom. Has a bed and a pull out bed that is a good size. Beach is about 15-20 min away. Food places and a large mall about 10 minutes away. Saw families walking in the neighborhood at different times. They have to control the air conditioner in the main house, but there is a small space heater available. We had run out of face towels, and she brought us more quickly. Very responsive when messaged! Coffee maker with kcups, creamer and sugar available. Utensils, plates, cups etc available. Literally the only (very small) negative was I did see a few medium/long hairs (different texture than ours) on the bathroom floor and 2 on the walls of the shower. I truly feel this could’ve come from the person who did the cleaning because besides that, this place was spotless! Would recommend and definitely would stay again!

This place was fantastic! Nicole was a great host, responded promptly and was very nice. The place was great to stay in, very clean and it had zero issues. AC works great, quality appliances, the bathroom was stellar, very friendly neighbors, and a very walkable area. We stayed here for several months and my wife walked somewhere about twice a day with our child while I worked. There is a pretty with a path around it right down the road, and downtown is a 4 minute drive/ 20 minute walk. All the neighbors say hi as you walk down the street too. Great place to stay with a little family. The couch also folds into a small bed and we used that several times.

For the size of the place, Wendy has thought of everything. In the loft, there is a table for your devices to charge & be accessible. I took carry-on sized luggage & it fit just above the mattress to allow for more space. Downstairs & in the bathroom, the shelves & drawers are perfect for organizing & storing all of your belongings. There are three a/c units (bathroom, main area, & upstairs), a ceiling fan, & a fan on a stand (downstairs). You can make it as cool as you desire. The newly remodeled bathroom is spacious. The water was always hot, for those who like hot showers, as do I. There were 7 towels, plus beach towels, hand towels, & washcloths, more than at any other Airbnb where I have stayed. They were plush & soft, & had a great hanging rack for them to stay clean & dry. The tv was positioned well, where it can be seen from the bed upstairs & the couch downstairs. Adequate lighting indoors & out, some were remote controlled. Wendy is very helpful & friendly. She’s a great host

I had a wonderful stay in Linda's home! It's in a great spot located 15-20 minutes from Corry Station/NEX/Commissary, and 20-25 minutes from NAS Pensacola. I stayed at Linda's extra room while I was in the process of PCSing and purchasing a home. This is a great place for 1-2 people to stay. King-sized bed, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dresser, Exertec pull-up/dip bar (great for a quick workout), couch, and WiFi. Oh, and I cannot forget her 11-year-old Shih Tzu dog (Thumbelina), an extremely well-behaved dog that enjoys her pettings. Linda was a great host, she provided some awesome recommendations on local restaurants and places to explore. Every interaction with Linda, who lives in the home, was a positive and delightful conversation. During the afternoons and evenings, I would go on a run/jog/walk around the neighborhood. I would recommend if you book to bring an air fryer because there is not a kitchen in the living space. 12/10 would stay here again.

Everything was perfect. The accommodation was very nice, we had everything we needed available as if we were at home, which is very nice when we come from far away. Communication with Bruce was very smooth. I recommend it.
