Beachfront holiday rental in Santa Severa

We only stayed at Matteo’s place for one night but we enjoyed our stay. He was very clear on instructions on how to get in and find everything we needed. It’s a great location! Directly across the beach and really close to the airport (which is why we chose it)

Fabrizio was fantastic from the moment we booked until we checked out. The accomodation was in a historical building which importantly had a lift. Fabrizio gave us recommendations for day trips to medieval towns which were amazing and places we would not have normally visited. A fantastic experience overall. Thanks Fabrizio.

Daniela was a fantastic host. We felt very at home and she showed us around all the amenities. The apartment was lovely, especially with the addition of the shared sea view rooftop terrace. The bicycles provided were great for getting around Fregene to see all the different beaches. Everything was perfect, apart from a small ant problem. Would definitely reccomend!

We had a lovely stay. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again. Wish we would have been able to stay longer.

He gave clear instructions at all times, responded quickly with great recommendations for places to visit, and made sure everything was smooth. The place was clean, had a great atmosphere, and truly had all the accommodations we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

l'alloggio è molto comodo e gode di una posizione strategica..i negozi principali (supermercato, farmacia, ecc) sono raggiungibili a piedi. Per gli amanti del tennis, di fronte all'alloggio c'è un circolo dove è possibile giocare.lNicoletta, l'host, si è resa sempre disponibile ed è molto reattiva ai messaggi. Consigliatissimo

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

Enrico war sehr zuvorkommend und nett und war stets erreichbar wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir haben uns bei Ihm sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig (warscheinlich auch weil es außerhalb der Saison war). In der Wohnanlage ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das tut dem Wohlfühlfaktor aber keinen Abbruch. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Enricos Pizzaofen ist ein echtes Highlight. Das ist echtes italienisches Lebensgefühl. Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns schon etwas gestört. Außerhalb der Wohnanlage und insbesondere der Weg zum Strand und am Strand war es sehr dreckig.. überall lag Müll. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir außerhalb der italienischen Feriensaison dort waren. Die Innenstadt von Rom ist in einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar und wenn man früh da ist, gibt es am Tiber entlang auch viele günstige Parkmöglichkeiten. Danke Enrico für die schönen entspannten zwei Wochen.

Marco sorularimiza her an yanit verdi ve ihtiyacimiz olup olmadigi konusunda devamlı ilgi gosterdi.Konaklamadan cok memnun kaldik,aracimiz olmadigi icin tren istasyonuna yuruyus yaptik, gec saatlerde taksi ile donus yaptik.Taksiler gec saate kadar çalışmıyor ancak ozel taksi servisleri var,konaklamadan once o servislerden birini ayarlarsaniz istasyona gitmek icin daha rahat edersiniz.Bunun disinda,iki alt sokakta deniz kenarinda yuruyus yapip yazin denize girebilirsiniz. Genel olarak bu yeri kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Dana has been great with us and the villa kinga is a perfect location for relaxing while being walkable from the Anzio beaches. Fully equiped and very clean. +++

Donatella was a great host and answered and helped with all our questions. Her place is a slice of heaven with the most beautiful view of the sea, the most wonderful air filled with aromas of pines and herbs, and stunning sunsets. We loved to walk down to the beach and to explore the area. I can highly recommend Donatella's house and would love to come back. Great plus was that they installed WIFI just before our arrival.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Andrea! Von dem Moment an, als wir ankamen, fühlten wir uns sofort wie zu Hause. Das Airbnb ist nicht nur wunderschön gelegen, sondern bietet auch reichlich Platz, um sich zu entspannen und die Umgebung zu genießen. Es war makellos sauber und hervorragend ausgestattet, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm machte. Ein besonderes Highlight war die Grillstelle mit Pizzaofen – ein echtes Paradies für Kochfans und ein tolles Erlebnis, das wir sehr genossen haben. Die Nähe zum Meer war ein weiterer Pluspunkt; es sind nur wenige Minuten zu den herrlichen Klippen und dem erfrischenden Wasser. Andrea war ein großartiger Gastgeber, und wir freuen uns schon darauf, bald wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für die wunderbare Zeit!

We decided to stay one night in Civitavecchia before boarding our cruise, and it turned out to be an excellent choice thanks to Monia’s wonderful hospitality. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with warmth and kindness, making sure we were comfortable in her beautiful apartment, which truly exceeded our expectations. The place is incredibly cozy and peaceful—you immediately feel at home. Every detail is just as described, and the apartment is beautifully maintained. The location is also perfect: right in the center, with plenty of charming spots to explore within walking distance. Monia’s recommendations for places to visit and eat were spot on and helped us make the most of our short stay. We definitely recommend this place, and we’ll be back—next time for a longer visit to discover more of this lovely part of Italy.

5 stars – Amazing host and unforgettable stay in Santa Marinella! Our experience at Alessandro’s place was exceptional. From start to finish, he made everything smooth and enjoyable. Communication was quick and friendly, and the home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. One of the absolute highlights was the veranda – it's insane! Spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to relax. We even had the pleasure of witnessing one of his many beautiful cactus trees blossom – a truly special moment that made our stay even more memorable. Alessandro clearly puts a lot of care into the home and into making guests feel welcome. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place without hesitation to anyone visiting Santa Marinella.

I enjoyed my stay at this well situated and spotlessly clean apartment. There are great views from the balcony, and it is a short walk to anything you’d want to see or do in town. Recommended.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (5, 7), Aufenthalt 1 Woche. Wir konnten spontan früher einchecken und später am Tag auschecken. Giulia war immer gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig mit wunderschöner Aussicht und Sandstrand direkt vor der Tür! 🏖️ Die Bewohner der oberen Haushälfte waren sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich. Mitbekommen haben wir uns nur am Strand. Es hat nirgends nach Rauch gerochen. Eine Parkmöglichkeit an der Bundesstraße haben wir immer für 2 Autos gefunden. In einem Zimmer ist die Bundesstraße und der nächtliche Zug sehr deutlich hörbar. Das Fenster war aufgrund der Temperaturen immer auf. Die Meeresbrise sorgte meist für ausreichend Abkühlung mit offenen Fenstern auch am Tag. Eine vorhandene Lampe inkl Verlängerungskabel für ein Abendessen am Strand ist vorhanden. Auch den Katamaran und Surfbrett, durften wir nutzen. Ein Ausflug nach Rom mit Zugfahrt ab S. Severa, online Buchung der Zugtickets!, war sehr unkompliziert möglich

Thank Alessia for hosting us last minute. We loved the place and the location. Near the beach and restaurants and with your car, you can easily get everywhere. The private parking was great. The apartment is beautiful and brand new and excellent condition. Grocery store is couple of min away by car. Loved the view of the sunset from the balcony. We will definitely be back and again use it as our base. Alessia is a gracious host and very helpful and very responsive. Thanks again

Super flat right overlooking the sea. Little balcony to sit and watch the waves. Right near train station to be able to go to Rome for a day. Promenade below had lots of nice little restaurants and a flat walk into the town centre. Flat quiet with windows closed, even at very busy time. All very well organised and clean, with a helpful host. As a solo traveller I felt safe. Ideal stopover a few days before embarking on cruise . Taxis for port from station needs to be thought through ahead . Best book your transfer/shuttle bus possible .- highly recommend this flat.
